Monthly Rentals in Maui

We had a lovely stay at Cottontail Cottage for 5 days. The cottage was clean and well-equipped with a kitchen and lovely furnishings. We enjoyed the cooler weather, farm environment, and the animals in our backyard. As hikers we loved the access to Haleakala and the trails, and everything else was around a 40 minute drive away. Christine was also kind enough to give us a tour of the farm animals, which was a highlight of my trip as an avid knitter! Such a serene environment and we'd love to stay again.

Connie and Chris went out of their way to answer every question and request. They were extremely responsive and accommodating. The place was spotless and they had anticipated every need - they even provided reef-safe sunscreen in case we had forgotten ours. all the kitchen utensils were there. we did all our own cooking and didn't lack for anything. A super big closet was a plus! Previous reviews had mentioned a disagreeable property manager. That problem has been corrected. The new manager is kind and helpful. The property is immaculate and guests had a relaxing time. We had a friend who locked himself out of his car and the manager came to the rescue. Many thanks again! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Connie and Chris' apartment for anyone who wants a great value,a comfortable, convenient and quiet location, and first rate service in Kihei.

Pamela was a truly wonderful host. She was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The views from her property are absolutely stunning—both peaceful and breathtaking, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Her home is not only beautifully decorated but well-maintained, reflecting the care and pride she takes in hosting. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying with Pamela.

The most magical nest on Maui, my favorite place to stay. This was my 3rd or 4th stay and as usual, I did not want to leave. The Retreat feels like a treehouse to me, surrounded by night sounds, cool breezes, and fragrant flowers. I had the chance to share it with my adult kids this time. Sydney and Maurice are true stewards of the land, in every sense. She shows you the enormous and beautiful property and teaches you the history woven through her own fascinating stories, how they make coffee (delicious, by the way!). We came away in awe with a deep reverence for the property, wanting to protect and preserve the land, Maui, as well. Sydney feels like family. We cannot wait to return.
