My place, adjoining the owners' house, located in a large wooded garden is 10 minutes from the great lake of Maubuisson, 15 minutes from the Ocean and close to the Medoc vineyards. For the months of July and August a minimum of 2 nights is required . It includes an equipped kitchen living room, a bedroom with 140 bed one bedroom with 2 beds of 90, a closet in each. Outdoor terrace of 8 m2 with garden furniture sheltered from a blind. Washing machine room, outdoor games for young and old.

HOURTIN, lovely independent and quiet cottage

Lovely cottage close to the lake beach and the children's island, 10 km to the ocean by road or by bike via the bike path. Located in the cul-de-sac of a very quiet small residence. The chalet is enclosed on 600 m2. At the front a sunny wooden terrace and at the back a shaded garden with a table and benches as well as a shelter for beach toys and bicycles. The interior is neat, comfortable, cozy and very well-equipped. neat bedding Two bikes are provided (padlock)
