Aruna's cottage was even more beautiful, both inside and out, than the photos. The interior was gorgeous, light filled and many decorative touches that made it feel like a 5-star hotel. The furniture was comfortable and there were many lamps which made reading in the evenings very easy. The art TV picture was very nice when the TV wasn't on rather than looking at a big, black screen. We used the dining table with statement chandelier for all our meals. There were all the kitchen pots, pans and utensils we needed. The refrigerator ice maker and water features were appreciated. Both showers were outstanding in function and beauty. Everything was spotless. The patio was so comfortable with a huge umbrella to shade us while we enjoyed the lake view which was ever changing. A highlight was when a huge turtle came out of the lake and walked across the yard. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just off the property and is screened by a beautiful, tall white fence and evergreens.

This was a Perfect Beach Escape – Ideal Location The location is fantastic – just a short stroll to the beach and a quick walk to town, where you’ll find everything from cozy cafes to trendy shops and local restaurants. You can go from a lazy beach day to a shopping store. The house itself is a great. It’s beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe, filled with natural light, and impeccably clean. The layout is perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for when you want to cook up a meal. The outdoor spaces are amazing too – a spacious deck with comfortable seating, a grill, and the sound of ocean waves in the background. One of the highlights is the attention to detail. Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

We loved our stay here. It worked well for two groups. The view was amazing and we had a fair amount of wildlife visit us. Very walkable down to cure coffee shops and restaurants and also right off the bike path. Devon was a fantastic host and very accommodating! Would stay again!

This is a lovely place to stay! Every detail is carefully chosen and the house is completely equipped. We felt right at home.

Glenn’s place was outstanding! His hospitality and thoughtfulness was apparent throughout the house and through our entire stay. The view was beautiful for watching boats and sunrises. The location was also centrally located for a trip to Boston or taking a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. Glenn was very attentive to our needs and checked in on us via message periodically throughout our stay. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is cozy, clean, and organized with everything you need. The private lane and beach access is a great plus- our daughter loved walking down to the tide pool in the morning to collect shells and watch the crabs scuttle around. We enjoyed our time at the house and hope to return soon!

Home was immaculate, well-fenced for the dog, easy walk to beach, town, etc. and Phil was remarkably responsive !

Marianne is wonderful. We had a few questions which she answered right away. The apartment is so nice! Underneath large trees so it didn’t get too hot on the hot day, but 2 a/cs in case they’re needed. One and a half bathrooms so no taking turns. Well stocked full kitchen - dishes, utensils, pots and pans. It is only 10 minutes away from Newport, but without the Newport crowds. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with steep stairs to reach it. If stairs aren’t for you, then this is not the place for you. However,if stairs aren’t an issue then I highly recommend staying here. It’s a lovely place with a lovely owner.

This was our second time staying at Carlina's place. It's a lovely apartment attached to the house with a private entrance. Very safe and well-kept, clean and very comfortable. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the sofa bed was very comfy too according to my teenage son. Fully equipped kitchen, not to mention the fresh eggs she leaves for her guests from her own chickens. They made for a delightful breakfast with our leftover Portuguese pops (rolls) from Antonio's restaurant (wonderful authentic Portuguese food--go!). Plenty of towels, toilet paper, linens, toiletries, and laundry detergent. Carlina is an extremely responsive host and I will stay with her again! Thank you for everything!

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

Relaxing girls get away weekend. Amazing views, very walkable and friendly town and beach. (Delicious local ice cream shop- vegan options too!). The perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, and make some delightful memories.

We had such a great stay! The hosts were super accommodating and really attentive to anything we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and it honestly made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. This was one of my top 5 airbnb stays for so many reasons! The weather was cool enough for a fire and then I could go to sleep with the breeze coming in the windows to the sound of the sea and then wake up to the sound of birds chirping! The hosts had thought of every kind of provision, including hard boiled eggs, pastries, light snacks and cold water. Coffee and tea for any time of day. The walk to the beach was perfect and then a fire at night made it exceptional. I will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time at Mary Alice’s place. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive before, during and after our stay. Even though we weren’t able to meet in person, she made sure we felt welcomed and had what we needed. She also offered flexible checkin/checkout which we didn’t end up needing, but it was nice to have as an option! The location is a quiet and cozy neighborhood that offered us privacy but was also walkable to the main street. Many thoughtful touches incorporated into the place - I can tell that she treats her home with so much love and care, and it shows! Would recommend!

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

We had a lovely stay at Pelham Court! The location was absolutely amazing- walkable to so many things but quiet. The place was spacious, clean and homey. The LavAzza coffee machine was a great touch, as were the full size appliances (and built in ice maker)! On site parking was more valuable than anticipated. Just a short drive to all the other Newport attractions, and it was so nice to be able to know you weren’t losing your valuable Peking spot upon your return. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Newport!

Our stay at Trip and Christina’s place was excellent. It is perfectly decorated and we loved the peacefulness of deck for early morning coffee as well as enjoying our meals alfresco. Perfect location close to bus station for tours of Newport and transportation to the mansions. We unexpectedly arrived super and Christina was a gracious host and invited us in while she completed preparing the place for our stay. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Great location in Newport! The overall space was nice and clean.

Steps away from the waterfront just as promised. Really beautiful view of the pier and the shore. There was some work going on next door at the time, which Steven proactively warned us of as soon as he learned about it. It wasn't even bothersome but he still was gracious enough to give us a credit for a portion of the stay. I'll definitely check here for availability next time I head to PTown!

Brian’s place was the perfect location for our weekend in Cape Cod. Walkable to the ferry for Martha’s Vineyard which was very convenient. The place was very clean and as described. Brian was a great host and very communicative. We can’t wait to come back!
