Holiday rentals with breakfast in Matosinhos

Adorei a minha estadia, casa super equipada com tudo o que se precisa para se sentir no nosso lar. Proprietários super simpáticos e atenciosos, a nossa familia adorou. Recomendo vivamente.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Marta super gefallen. Sie war stets zur Stelle wenn man etwas gebraucht hat oder eine Frage hatte und war immer freundlich. Das Zimmer und die Küche sind wie beschrieben eigentlich echt schwer in Ordnung, allerdings sehen die Bilder ein bisschen anders aus als in der Realität. Man kann sich in der Küche auch ein bisschen Cornflakes oder Brot zum Frühstück machen, aber in der Innenstadt Portos lässt es sich natürlich ein wenig besser brunchen. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können auch nichts an dem Apartment kritisieren. Drei gelungene Tage für uns.

Bel posto, camera accogliente e pulita, la posizione è ideale per i viaggiatori del Camino di Santiago, ma allo stesso tempo è comoda per chi deve spostarsi con la Metro ed è vicinissima alla piazza principale della città, ma allo stesso tempo è silenziosa e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, che è stato disponibile, cordiale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Il check-in è stato semplice e ben organizzato. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e senza intoppi. Se tornerò in zona, sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo qui!

The place was well above what we initially thought. We were really blown by its beauty, layout, space, and cleanliness. It's a special place with all the vegetation almost all perfectly selected to give the environment an almost worldly peaceful feel. Slight reservations were the limited trash bags provided and lack of cleaning supplies and toilet paper, but all else was what was described or better. The host was accessible and easy to communicate with. He was friendly and approachable and just an overall nice guy. Overall our impression was that it was a perfect place for a group looking to get away, spend time together and have space to explore and return to calmness.

Wonderful house set away from the road. 5 minute walk to the river downhill, cafes restaurants etc. or 5 minute walk uphill to the Jardim do Morro and the best sunset views. The famous Port Wine houses are on the doorstep.The house is just perfectly sited. After a day walking up and down the alleyways, the house is a peaceful haven at night to return to. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, powerful shower. Nice balcony to enjoy the views and sunsets. Breakfast is included at the local Mercrearia do Bernardino, where Paula and her staff just can't do enough for you. Croissants, bread, cakes, yoghurt, cheese, ham, coffee, tea and more, sets you up for the many hills and steps of Besutiful Gaia and Porto. We will be back soon.

Our stay with David and Zinda was just wonderful! The hosts are super nice, friendly and helpful people. We felt right at home during our stay. It’s truly a unique place with a large beautiful garden and lots of sunlight. You get a feeling of peace and tranquility from day one. This is a dream stay for people who love animals, as the hosts have peacocks, chicken, geese, cats, dogs and even horses. They even allowed us to walk their dogs in a nearby forest which was wonderful. The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but you have a private wing of the house with your bedroom, bathroom and a beautiful living room with a garden view. If you plan to work remotely, I would recommend getting a LAN cable (5m) that you can connect to the router for higher internet speed. It’s possible to get an uber from the airport and also to get around during your stay but I would recommend getting a car to be more flexible. Within 15m by car you can get to the beautiful beach, grocery stores and a mall.

Elisa's apartment is pretty amazing. The location is perfect if you want somewhere that is vibrant with Porto culture as soon as you walk out of the door, but without being swamped with people. The interior is modern and extremely airy and well-laid out, and Elisa is an amazing communicator. We will undoubtedly be visiting again.

We stayed with Rui and Olivia for two nights while in Porto. We had a blast in town and loved their place! Rui met us with the keys, arranged for discounted parking, a tour on the Douro, and spent some time going through a map with us, highligting some great places. The apt is brand new and very comfortable and very central. The place was stalked with fruits and delicious treats that Olivia made herself. We really appreciated the personal touch. Rui and Olivia have a couple of apartments in the building so they were around if we needed anything at all. We loved staying at their apt and would def recommend the apartments to anyone visiting Porto. They had some great restaurant and bar recommends as well!

Well located, spacious apartment. Close enough to walk into town, but a little outside the tourist frenzy. Marta was a gracious host, meeting us outside in the rain to help us park our rental car and show us around the apartment. She left a wonderful selection of food for our breakfasts, plus useful materials for us to plan our visit. We used four comfortable bedrooms and the common, comfortable living area. Would recommend this property to friends.

O apartamento é aconchegante e bem localizado próximo a restaurantes, mercadinhos e ao metro, com direito a vaga na garagem e todo mobiliado, tem tudo que se precisa desde cobertores, toalhas de banho a pratos, panelas e talheres. Tem ar condicionado para dias de calor, e para os dias frios com aquecimento até 30 graus, oferece muita privacidade, mal se vê algum vizinho. Isabela também é uma ótima anfitriã, muito solícita, carismática, sempre disposta a ajudar.

Logement très propre, identique aux photos et descriptif, aménagé avec goût et modernité. Pedro et Nikki sont réactifs aux diverses demandes. Accueil flexible, Pedro était présent à notre arrivée, nous a fait visiter l'appartement. Tout le nécessaire de ménage ainsi que les produits ménagers, shampooing et après-shampooing sont à disposition, draps et serviettes de bain fournis (ça c'est top). Au plaisir d'un prochain séjour à Porto, en espérant que votre appartement soit disponible. Dom & Agnès

O check-in é rápido e sem contacto com ninguém, o espaço é limpo e cheiroso para não falar do quão bem decorado está tanto os quartos como o espaço comum!

Excelente localização para um fim de semana na cidade do Porto! A anfitriã Joana foi excelente na resposta a todas as nossas solicitações!

Buen alojamiento para visitar Oporto unos días. Dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio cada una. Dos baños con ducha (uno de ellos tiene además bañera y bidé). Buena localización, a pocos minutos de la catedral en taxi y zona muy tranquila y silenciosa para poder descansar. El equipo de Liiving estuvo pendiente en todo momento de los mensajes que les enviábamos, y nos respondía siempre al momento. Repetiría sin dudar si vuelvo a Oporto.

He viajado por muchas ciudades, me he hospedado en muchos hoteles y posadas; he visto y he sentido que es una atención genuina pero jamás comprada a una atención tan cálida como la Candida y Diago. He quedado maravillado con la sencilla y hermosa decoración, con lo limpio y pulcro de todos los espacios. Creo que Diago ( el multifacético gerente) es un mago, tiene un don que Dios le ha dado y ese don lo ha sabido usar pera servir a los invitados. Sí alguna vez vuelvo a Espinho no dudare en quedarme en este encantador lugar. Ame cada segundo que estuve aquí. Gracias por toda la atención…

Our stay at Quinta Dos Carqueijais was a perfect 10/10! We chose the Villa das Oliveiras, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the surroundings. It truly feels like you're immersed in the forest with beautiful views of the lake. The entire property is seamlessly integrated with nature, creating an idyllic setting for complete disconnection. The accommodation itself is stunning, perfectly equipped, and incredibly comfortable—far better than what you might expect from the photos. The breakfast is plentiful, with great attention to detail. Additionally, we had the chance to enjoy the spa facilities, which include a jacuzzi, sauna, massages, and a heated indoor pool, all at a very competitive rate. Quinta Dos Carqueijais is the perfect place to unwind for a weekend getaway or to celebrate a special occasion near the Peneda-Gerês National Park

Espaço muito bonito e de arquitectura bem integrada na paisagem. Cuidado nos pormenores e cama muito confortável. Todos os equipamentos de segurança e desinfeção preparados e de fácil acesso. As funcionárias, Bruna e Isabel, muito simpáticas e disponíveis, sempre atentas. A comunicação com a Vânia também correu muito bem e agradeço a atenção que teve. Recomendo vivamente!

A really lovely room just like the photos. The family were all very welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to check in early as the room was ready and looked after our bags on our last day .We had a fantastic meal one evening in their restaurant, not to be missed . The only down side was it’s a reasonable walk to the old town of Porto but if you don’t mind that it’s a lovely place to stay

Amazing 400 year old home, has always been in the family. The outside garden and pool are beautiful and peaceful. Small town near by with good quaint restaurants . About one hour from Douro Valley by a beautiful drive through back country roads. Highly recommend it

Ons verblijf bij Marie was prachtig. Het huis is verrassend mooi en heel uniek. Het klein zwembad was uiteindelijk meer dan groot genoeg. Perfect voor een verfrissende dip. Alles is zeer netjes onderhouden. Maar boven alles, was het eten fenomenaal. Het ontbijt is enorm en alles, echt alles is zelfgemaakt van Marie. Wij aten er ook 3 avonden. Ook het diner was heerlijk en supergezellig zitten. Marie is een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw waar je een gezellig praatje mee kan doen. Ten zeerste aan te raden!

Angelique is een geweldige host en de plek die ze heeft met het verblijf is prachtig. Het dorpje is heel schattig en op haar terrein heeft ze een fijn zwembad en heerlijke plekjes om te zitten. Ze wilde alles heel goed voor ons regelen en dat heeft ze ook gedaan. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten en zouden iedereen deze prachtige plek aanraden, om helemaal tot rust te komen.

Nos gustó mucho, lástima de tiempo, la casa muy acogedora, mobiliario acorde al estilo. Desayunos completos y a la hora, relación calidad- precio perfecta. Muy buena anfitriona
