A house with a history of more than 80 years, recently renovated in the centre of Matosinhos, 500 metres from the beach, close to the metro stop and all necessary amenities. The house is suitable for 4 people and consists of two double bedrooms and an office. There is a staircase at the entrance, as it is on the 1st floor. NOTE: There is currently construction work underway across the street, and there may be some noise from 8 am to 5 pm on business days. The house is well soundproofed.
