Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Appartamento a 2 livelli con ottime rifiniture, ampio terrazzo con vista cupole delle chiese nei dintorni tra le quali il Duomo di Lecce. Priva di ogni rumore, permette pace e relax a tutte le ore del giorno. Completamente autonoma. Tre bagni, uno con doccia chiusa, uno con doccia aperta. Il terzo bagno, in terrazzo è utilizzabile in estate. Se si vuole utilizzare la seconda camera da letto anche essendo in 2, bisognerà prenotare per tre persone anche se si è in 2 e pagare il supplemento.
