Good place to stay. Prompt and friendly staff. Old house like vibe. We enjoyed our stay.

We group of 4 families had wonderful time at the Villa. Along with individual 4 bedrooms we had a big Air-conditioned room which was so perfect to hang out as group in summers. Beach is at walkable distance and very serene. Food at property was really good and caretaker Sai and cook Varsha helped us in every way.

The house is beautiful surrounded by greenery. The helper was available at all times and we were offered delicious home made food at nominal charges. The place is on the top of a mountain which is a 1min drive from the main road. Due to heavy rains there was no power from the night, but we were able to manage because of the UPS which worked till midnight. There was no power in the morning but it was not a big problem except for the geyser. Overall the place was very comfortable and stylish with very caring cooks.

We’d stayed at the Coastal villa for a night for a college reunion. The place is perfect and is about 3 minutes away from the Akshi beach by foot. The homemade food was delicious and place was clean and spacious. It’s a great place for a mid sized group. I’d love to go back again here.

She guided us in exploring the area, enjoying the local cuisine, and making the most of our stay. The locals are also very supportive and welcoming, adding to the charm of the place. One of the biggest highlights was the proximity to the beach—so near and easily accessible, making it perfect for a morning walk or a peaceful sunset view. The view from the Airbnb room, overlooking the sky and garden, is breathtaking and truly a sight to behold. We booked this place for the long weekend from 1st to 3rd May. We were a group of two older couples and two younger couples. First thing that comes to mind while writing this review is the hospitality extended by the hosts. Being there for the guests when they need you and disappearing when they don’t is a skill that comes from experience. The hosts were absolute professionals in this area. The second thing is the location of the property. It’s as sea touch as you could imagine without devolving into a shack. The third thing is the property itself. It comes with four beds, it also comes with four individual identities. Growing up many of us had stickers or posters of our favourite movie stars or sports icons. This home also has a few-all dedicated to the iconic Marilyn Monroe, there are hardly any walls in this house that does not have a picture or a poster dedicated to her. However, it must be said that the property needs to upload latest photos as some things have changed a bit.

This was an excellent place to have a weekend getaway! Host was extremely nice, proactive and accommodating. Place was clean and pictures did justice to it. The nearness of beach was extremely helpful and great! 10/10 recommend.

We had an amazing stay at 35 Summer Hill villa in Lonavala! The property is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and nestled in a peaceful location surrounded by greenery. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The caretaker on-site was polite and attentive, always just a call away. Would definitely recommend this place to families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful escape from city life. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The place is really great, secluded with a big garden. The house has a rustic vibe: the paintings, the artefacts seemed antique. The property has a loft in one of the rooms, i believe that should be advertised as one of the USPs of the property. The caretaker was very prompt, helped us with whatever was needed. There is plenty of open space to roam around both inside and outside the property, my pets had the time of their life. A few things which could have been better: As mentioned in the property description, network is patchy, had there been a wifi, it could have been great to play music etc. I found the pool to be a bit small, the swing shown in the pool area is rusted. Voltage fluctuated a lot throughout, don't know why. However, these are minor issues, considering the picturesque view and the property as a whole.

I just airbnb'd and picked Misty Homestay based on its high rating with big tenure. and as expected the experience was exhilarating. lust green views and amidst lap of Mother nature, it was a solace everyone should crave for. And am awesome care taker who was there for all our needs.Shilpi despite not being personally there, ensured we get all what we need and her recommendations were perfect. Surely would love to re-visit and recommend to friends

The place was nothing short of perfect. Nestled in the heart of the city yet tranquil and green. The caretaker on site was a cherry on the top. Can't wait to visit this place again.
