Very clean, quiet, thoughtful space. Just inside the front door with bathroom next door. Mini fridge, water, tv, and even mints all available. Excellent place for the rate!

Master bedroom was just as described. Everything was very clean. Having this space was so convenient for my time in Sacramento. This was also my first time renting a room and everything went smoothly. I felt like there was a lot of privacy for a shared home with others. I was able to utilize the backyard for a bit and that was very lovely. Due to my lack of physically being in the home, I found that the toiletries provided was enough and had no issues with anything! I look forward to visiting again. Lula was very responsive even when I messaged in the early morning to notify that I had checked out. I would recommend this stay.

The room is private and clean. Having a coffee maker in the room is a big plus. Host is quick with responses and very friendly. The room is private, clean and comfortable. The place is close to the freeway, shopping, dining and a community park. A car is necessary since this is not a walker/biker friendly area. I’ve stayed here before and would stay again.

I cannot recommend this place enough, the best experience I have ever had with a host by far. The place was exactly as advertised and Matt was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always being responsive. I instantly felt at home, and am so glad I booked the stay. The location is great with beautiful outdoor activities and trails all around. The experience was a 20/10, definitely book if you have the chance!

Remodeled! Private Room, Bathroom, and entrance

Every bit as nice as my first stay at this location (2023). Very welcoming and well-kept. In fact , the fence and entry gate had just been painted prior to our arrival. They've taken care of all the little details, with a bottle of water and packages of snacks available and even a selection of cables for charging phones. I just hope it's available, again, the next time we visit!
