It is a very basic but homely house with added security suitable for everyone; families, kids and nature lovers.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

British owned house. Its 150 meters to Mirissa Beach! Very spacious house and nice private secure garden, close to bars and restaurants. Super quiet at night. Perfect for couples and families. House is very child friendly! Bedroom is fully air conditioned, There is mezzanine above the living room which sleeps 2 people, kids love the mezzanine which is accessible by stairs. kitchen equipped, Shower has hot water. House can accommodate 5 people comfortably. Its a paradise!
