Beachfront holiday rental in Matanuska-Susitna Borough

The house was well taken care of and very nice to stay in. Every sunrise and sunset was picturesque. The lake was beautiful and refreshing. Loved the opportunity to step away from life at home and relax.

Beautiful place with views of the real Alaska. Waking up to those mountains and then looking down at the fish in the pristine ponds is how everyone should start the day. Great host, great spot and great stay. I’d stay here again any day.

Excellent location and truly enjoyed our stay

We didn't stay at the apartment a whole lot. We were always on the go. But, we slept like babies when we got back. Comfy beds, quiet area. We rented the Ford Escape. I can't believe it's a 20 year old car! It ran great, was clean, and drove amazingly. Plus, it was hundreds of dollars less than the rental companies. Overall, great accommodations, nice people to deal with, and in a good location to go any direction you want.

Charity's property was the perfect place to relax with our family and friends. We spent 3 serene nights on the property. The kids loved playing the games that were provided and kayaking around the lake. I loved relaxing in the sauna and cuddling up on the outdoor couch with my friends drinking tea and enjoying the lake view and birch trees. We had a few friends who originally could not join us and then decided to show up on our last night with their sprinter vans. Charity was understanding and her communication was outstanding throughout our stay.

We had a GREAT time! The cabin had a really nice layout, with plenty of room for the 3 of us. The customer service was amazing! Great family style business, while still keeping it professional. The boat rentals were a big hit as well. One of the best things I've done in a long time. Awesome experience with the family. Highly recommended!!!! Thanks for the great memories!

Jason and his wife Janessa were amazing and so responsive. The apartment was immaculate and the furnishings were so comfortable and Jason and Janessa provided fresh eggs. This was the best experience we ever had. We will definately be coming back

Anna’s place was just what my family and I needed. Surrounded by woods, overlooking the lake was a perfect way to end our Alaska trip.

We had a fabulous time at Steven’s Lake. This cabin was like our own resort on the lake when we came back from our daily adventures. Ben is super responsive and provides everything to make you feel at home - and then some. Great communication and smooth checkin and check out. Area is great for access to Denali, Talkeetna, or Anchorage. We loved our stay.

Awesome stay! Cabin was perfect. Right on a beautiful mirror lake with mountain views complete will all the necessities including virtually unlimited firewood! Short drive to Denali National Park as well, would certainly recommend to anyone looking to escape reality and relax.
