Villa 50 ms from the Beach in Roche. Conil. Cadiz

Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

A charmingly renovated townhouse in a quiet Andalusian courtyard in the historic center. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom. Cool in summer due to its thick walls and cozy in winter as it has an electric radiator and fireplace. The patio leads to the terrace with stunning views. Monte do Cansado by Casas da Serra

Monte do Cansado is a small country house with a magnificent view over the hills of Tavira. With 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a huge open-space kitchen and a large sunny terrace it is ideal for beach or hiking holidays in the eastern Algarve. It's central heating in every room makes Monte do Cansado a cozy retreat after long hikes or bike tours on cooler winter days. The big swimming pool with a magnificent view of the valley is shared with the guests of Casa do Pátio and the owners.

La Estrella

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

El Rompido. Charming townhouse

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

This apartment for 6 people of more than 150 m2 is meticulously designed, the master bedroom with an area of more than 30m2 with a very original integrated bathroom and the other 2 of at least 15 m2. Exclusive apartment, it has been conceptualized with a modern style, but without losing the essence. Note: The outdoor bathtub (Mini pool) is designed for spring and summer, it is warm water, not recommended for autumn or winter.

The property is located in the middle natural park of Los Alcornocales. Overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar and Africa. Quiet natural ambience to relax five minutes by car from the surfing paradise of Tarifa and the port city of Algeciras. Just choose in which sea you want to swim, on the Atlantic Ocean or in the Mediterranean! Enjoy hiking, biking, surfing, and lots of sports and culture in our sunny and small paradise.

The house is located on the beachfront in Matalascañas, a beach in Doñana National Park. A very quiet area where you can enjoy the sea. The beach has kilometers of white sand that make it unique. It's close to the city center. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets and a summer cinema. But, without a doubt, the most interesting thing about it is its magnificent views.
