Its location in a historic neighborhood with narrow streets means there is little light and humidity in the environment. This is normal considering that it is located in a neighborhood built in the Middle Ages.

Tiene cabida para 4 personas, salón-comedor, cocina aboerta al salón y un baño. Las estancias son muy amplias y especialmente luminosas, al estar situado en esquina dispone de 4 ventanas y balcones en el salón donde entra mucha luz todo el año. La casa es una primera planta sin ascensor con una escalera cómoda de unos 20 escalones.
