The home was great for our purposes. It was clean and all the systems were functioning properly. The spaces were well apponted. The property manager was responsive and informative. I'd visit this home again.

I enjoyed my stay! The decor was lovely and the home very clean. I've never slept on a purple mattress before, so this amenity was a nice surprise. The location of the home was close to my work assignment which made commuting easy.

Was a great getaway enjoyed every bit of it!! 10/10 recommend!

My family of 7, including 5 boys loved the house and the location. We took our rods and fished the whole time. We didn’t have much luck but it was probably operator error. We did end up fishing the surf (10 min drive) and had some luck there. The house had plenty of room for our family and was very clean. Also my favorite part was the checking out. We didn’t have to check out until 12 and the instructions were short and quick. We didn’t have to jump through hoops or wake up early to check out. We would definitely stay again. Recommendations: take your mosquito repellent LOL we were hungry. Also stop at the HEB in Bay City on the way in, it’s about 30 minutes from the house. For small items there’s a Dollar General 3 mins from the house.

Jessica’s place was the perfect place for our vacation! The place is beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect touch & we enjoyed fishing off the pier. The outdoor day bed was so relaxing with a beautiful view. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Jessica was very responsive and accommodating! We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the home. This was our second time to stay, and we will for sure be back again. We love the location; it is close to everything. The hosts are very nice and answered all of our questions.

Perfect peaceful spot right next to the water. Caught a lot of fish and Derrick was quick to answer whenever I had a question!

Patti made all of the difference in the world. It was like staying with family. Anything we needed, she was accommodating. Her cabins are very close to the marina, matagorda outfitters, Stanley’s and Cassidy’s. What else do you need. Highly recommended!

The place was decorated more up to date than the pictures showed. It's very nice and conveniently located. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The pool was very nice as well. Over all a great place to stay. It's in a gated community so you don't have to worry about much. It was nice and quiet. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with as well!

It was a wonderful place to stay! Lots of room! It had everything we needed! We stay here at least once a year when visiting Palacios! Great place with everything we needed.

Great place! Plenty of parking for vehicles including truck and boat. The garage space is great place to sit and hang out in!

The photos don’t show the full beauty of the place. Really nice home that’s close to the beach. Kaylene responded very quickly with my questions and had the answers to point me in the right direction. Very clean and easy check out instructions. The rate was wonderful too. Would stay again.

The house is really nice, and you really can't beat being right on the beach. Our whole family had such a great time. Some were out on the beach all day, while others could enjoy the view from inside. We would definitely stay again!

We loved being right in the river and it was so quiet and peaceful!!! The outdoor amenities are so nice and we enjoyed the kayak! Super comfortable bed!! I’d like to stay here again in the future!
