This cozy one bedroom house is just across the street from the dune path to the beach. Come enjoy a peaceful get away as you sit on the deck and watch the sunrise or the ocean while listening to the waves crash on the beach. This entire home features a basic kitchen with a vintage oven. The home also features a picnic table under the house for shaded eating. Enjoy the hammock and the porch swing under the house as well. 2 sleeper sofas offer the ability for 2 more queen beds.

If you want to get away to the beach and avoid the crowds, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just a 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).

Have fun with the whole family at our cute beach cabin. This one-bedroom home is cozy, charming and fun. From the house, there are views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Colorado River and Matagorda Bay. You can even walk over to Matagorda Nature Park for a game of mini-golf or beach rentals! This is a second-row house. Beach access is available by walking the dune trails, through the Matagorda Nature Park or the Beach Public Access.
