Family-friendly holiday rentals in Matabiau, Toulouse

The place is very pretty (beautiful view), very quiet. The house is very large and very pleasant to stay in. There are 2 more listings nearby but we had our privacy. Philippe is kind, he lives in the accommodation next door and is very discreet. The sauna jacuzzi pool area is charming and pleasant for young and old.

Beautiful cottage, very well equipped, where we had a great time. Too bad, however, that cleaning and access to the spa are offered at extra cost. It is also unfortunate that there is little flexibility on the departure time (set at 11am), with the host arriving precisely at that time. A big thank you to Nathalie for her warm welcome.

Laurent is a very good host, kind and very responsive. The accommodation is very cozy, with the jacuzzi in the garden, it's a great place for a couple. I would highly recommend it.

Houda is excellent, available and responsive. The apartment is splendid, the linens impeccable and the sheets smelled very good! The Jacuzzi bathtub is very nice. Beautiful residence, quiet and we slept very well. Everything was perfect, no complaints, thank you Houda and looking forward to coming back.

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation as well as with our two dogs, located in a quiet area off the street, ideal for total disconnection! (In any case the wifi/network are of the same opinion😉). Very well-equipped accommodation whether in the kitchen (it feels like home, nothing is missing!) or in the other rooms too! The jacuzzi and heated pool are a real plus that allowed us to enjoy it throughout the stay despite the sometimes capricious weather! In addition, the hosts are very friendly, welcoming and responsive when needed! In short, if you are visiting the area or want to discover it for a longer period, this is a good place! Looking forward to it 😉

Villa was amazing and exceeded expectations. The pool was a great size, there was plenty of space for the nine of us and the hosts were excellent.

I had a great stay at Romain's place! The apartment is as described, very clean, well decorated and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal: close to transport, shops and in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The host was very responsive, welcoming and thoughtful throughout the stay. We had a lovely stay, we came to cut off from the world and we were able to create a bubble of happiness in the middle of this little piece of greenery!

Everything was perfect as in the listing and photos! Beautiful quiet residence and secured by a gate and code to enter the building, parking in the residence. Impeccable towels and bed sheets! Villa Musha is undoubtedly a villa where life is "good" and especially in a group: large common and private areas, upscale amenities, outdoors and large swimming pool that invite relaxation... We rented in a professional context, we highly appreciated the large rooms with adapted furniture, and the large terrace with several corners to meet. The common areas are perfect for group activities and living together while maintaining real privacy on the night side. Quality bedding, very clean accommodation and more than enough equipment! Corinne was a very friendly host, available and accommodating, especially for checkout, which was very pleasant. We highly recommend this listing!

This is the second time we have stayed in this accommodation, and it is always a real pleasure! Everything is perfectly in line with the listing, even better: the apartment is impeccable, very well equipped, comfortable and ideally located. Pleasant stay in Mathieu Majorie and Nadège's accommodation. Hosts very welcoming, friendly and available. Clean, tidy, and confortable apartment. Good location, there is everything on site. And close to the city centre as well. I recommend it.

Very convenient and well located for both my professional activities and for access to the city center (metro accessible by car or bus). The apartment is suitable for a person or couple, the amenities are numerous and of good quality.
