Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

From there, you have excellent access to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Alexanderplatz is only about 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Friedrichstraße, the main train station, and many sights are also directly along the route. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby — ideal for exploring Berlin comfortably and with ease.

Berlin-Mahlsdorf is one of the most popular residential areas in Berlin. Thanks to the good infrastructure, the Berlin city center with its cultural facilities and shopping facilities can be reached by highway, train and subway in just approx. 15-20 minutes away. By bike and on foot you can relax in the greenery by the lake. Arrival and departure must be discussed in advance. Check-in is usually from 3 pm to 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am.

Wir bieten eine vollausgestattete Küchenzeile im Wohnraum, ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180 ×200 cm), Duschbad, Lan und W-Lan. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit den Vermietern verfügbar. Keine Parkplatzprobleme oder Kosten. Unser Garten und der Grill können gern auf Anfrage genutzt werden.

The subway and tram can be reached in about 2 minutes.

Large enclosed living area (1 room with bathroom) in a detached house on the 2nd floor, with bathroom, kitchen area and large terrace. The apartment has its own entrance and is about 60 m ² in size. The property is accessed via a beautiful garden. The house is located on a quiet side street. Street parking is usually available. In case of emergency, there is a short walk to the neighboring street.

Your stay with us will be completely carbon neutraly. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.
