The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Studio apartment with equipped kitchenette, bathroom and laundry. Completely independent, it is located in a renovated 15th-century village, in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, in the locality of Marzabotto-Luminasio. The village is 2 sq km (uphill) from Marzabotto and about 20 sq km from Bologna. Marzabotto can be reached from Bologna by train or bus. But to get to the village you need to have a car because there is no public transport from Marzabotto to Luminasio.

The "Locanda di Goethe" is a charming loft located in the historic center of Loiano, a small mountain village on the Futa State Road 65, the beautiful road that connects Bologna to Florence. The loft is housed in a historic building, the same one that Goethe mentioned in his "Italian Journey". The warm and enveloping style of the interiors, the exposed tub and the rocking chairs will make you live a unique and unforgettable experience.

1 km from the Rioveggio motorway toll booth, the apartment is part of the villa where I live with my family. Guest access is independent, from the large terrace, without stairs. You can park your car in the shared square. Apartment for the exclusive use of guests. In summer it's always cool, even without air conditioning. Not equipped with a kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (with coffee), kettle and dishes.
