Holiday rentals with a patio in Maryland

Private, clean and comfortable, walk to everything in town. Restaurants, Fly shops, antiques and more. Our host was responsive and helpful. "Trout town" lives up to it's name and this place is a great base to run your Catskills fishing adventure out of.

This was the perfect spot for my week of classes at SUNY Delhi! It was a five minute drive to campus and a walkable distance to the restaurants and spots in town. The space was clean and quiet.

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

We had such a wonderful stay at this location just outside of Cooperstown! The space was cozy, clean, and well decorated—perfect for relaxing after long days of watching baseball . The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 4 min drive All Star Village and to other Cooperstown attractions, including the Hall of Fame. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this charming spot to anyone visiting the area—we’d definitely come back!

David and Merry were some of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even choosing not to rent out the other part of the house during our visit to give us more privacy. They welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, helped us book a restaurant and even sent us a bottle of wine there. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would absolutely love to come back!

Jeremy was able to confirm my booking at the last minute when our original accommodation plans fell through. The verification and check in process was very easy and the place was clean. Jeremy was also very responsive for all my inquiries even during the most inconvenient times. Thanks so much for hosting us!

We had a great time! My 5 year old twins really enjoyed watching the trains, and the comfy recliner couch. The kitchen was super clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the washer and dryer because it was rainy and muddy, so we needed it more than I expected. The ice cream place next door was a great bonus! I was excited that they had food too. I would definitely recommend this space.

Salvatore’s place was everything as described and more. Attention to detail, thoughtfully decorated, immaculately clean and very welcoming from the time we got there. I slept like a baby! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. 10 minutes away from a few different towns, so we had everything we needed! Delhi and Hamden both had great restaurants. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Beautiful home for a super affordable price, short drive into town and under an hour drive to cooperstown. Veronica was a great host answered any questions promptly and check in was super easy. 10/10 stay, favorite part was the patio out back.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home while our son played baseball in All Star Village. Our hosts gave us clear instructions prior to our arrival and the home was well appointed. They took the time to think of what travelers would need and it showed. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen were appreciated! The home is very rural/remote with lush green trees and grasses surrounding. It was lovely to listen to the passing creek. We saw plenty of wildlife including deer, rabbit, turkeys, skunk and lightening bugs. I would highly recommend this home to a small family who wants a quiet respite to return to after a full day out exploring or at the baseball fields.

Bills place is great. Perfect for a peaceful getaway on the water by yourself or with a small group.

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

We had a family wedding at Hunter and Nicole’s condo met our expectations and was exactly as described.

I had a wonderful weekend staying in Joe’s airbnb. It was conveniently located to the town of Windham, waterfalls, swimming holes and a short drive to Zoom Flume. The place was equipped with everything needed and was spotless. We certainly enjoyed barbecuing on the deck and going into hot tub after a long day of hiking. We will definitely love to come back in the winter to sit by the fireplace and enjoy the view.
