Big house near the sea on Björkö

Skeppmyra shop has been both a country store and later an Ica shop. Since 2012, it's our part-time home. There is plenty of room in four separate bedrooms. A large bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as large wood-fired sauna. A smaller toilet. Large kitchen. Garden with trampoline, sandbox, swings and hammock. Charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. The sea is a stone's throw away, swimming can be reached via a nice walk. There are both cliffs and sand. Bus stop by the property, large parking. Baltic Sea pier (Waxholm boat) about 1 km.

The house consists of a bedroom with sea views in two directions, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Party room with fully equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Two-way patio with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna to borrow. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en privat brygga och bjuder in till bad.
