If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!

The newly renovated house offers all comforts for a group of up to three people, then the spaces become a little small. Very convenient to have double air conditioning for the living area and sleeping area, a well-functioning washing machine and everything you need to prepare a quick lunch. The house is in the heart of the historic center with all the pros and cons that this means, that is, extremely narrow streets and very little free parking but also extreme proximity to bars and shops. Host always very kind and helpful, the only bad note, maybe review the cleanliness and functionality of the bathroom shower a little. I recommend this stay to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful area of Salento. See you soon Antonio!

We had an amazing 4 nights in Maruggio in early June. The weather was hot but the aircon and the spectacular pool kept us cool! The property is less than 10 mins drive to the beach which was very handy. Annalisa was incredibly responsive and helped us out nearly everyday with stuff that we needed. She gave us local restaurant recommendations and told us which beach was the best to go to with a baby. The property has everything you need for an amazing, rural, south Italian stay, from the basic kitchen facilities to the (paid) laundry on site, they offer a sweet Italian breakfast of pastries, coffee, fruit etc (at 7 Euro's a person) and the swimming pool is just brilliant. We will definitely stay again if we go back to this part of Italy.
