Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. The accommodation was built on the site of the old stable, with modern materials, and includes a full kitchen and bathroom. The entrance to the accommodation is shared with that of the main house. Room 2 is locked, open from a reservation of 3 people (you can be 2 and book for 3). We live above and we have two young boys. The large oven no longer works, but there is a mini oven. Parking available. *Parties prohibited
