Close to the Centre de Martel (10 min walk), remarkable village of Occitanie, close to Sarlat, Collonges-la-Rouge, Rocamadour and Gouffre de Padirac. I will advise you on other nearby tourist opportunities. The accommodation occupies the first floor of a pretty stone outbuilding, it is bright, completely renovated and equipped for 4 people. Small balcony overlooking Martel. The garden is fenced and you can have lunch there using the barbecue or plancha.

Completely independent studio

Totally independent studio, on the ground floor of my newly built house, in a small subdivision, 2 minutes from the center of MARTEL. From the courtyard, overlooking the village with the "truffadou" steam train in the foreground. Martel is a cute medieval town in the north of the lot, a dynamic village with all shops. Numerous sights close by. I live above the studio, I have 2 adorable cats and 1 dog (golden retriever) that you may come across.

Mild climate at all times due to its south-facing exposure. And thanks to the protection of the cliff, of which you will find a piece in the living room and bedroom. Very nice view from the terrace of the Dordogne River.
