Beautiful location with room for many

The main house has a double bed on the large loft and a single bed on entry level. On the ground are two small separate cottages with additional 2 and 2+2 beds. These cottages have access to a separate bathroom. Beds for babies and toddlers have to be brought by the guests, if needed. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be offered for rent 200 SEK per person. Cleaning at end of stay is not included, it is the responsibility of the guests. Check-out cleaning can be booked separately with the host for 2500 SEK. Cleaning has to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.

The house offers 45 square metres of living space, is equipped for self-catering, and has year-round heating via heating loops in the concrete floor. Lovely outdoor area with dining set, BBQ, sun loungers and daybeds. 5 km to the airport and golf course, 3 km to Själsö bakery, 300 m to the popular Krusmyntagården with restaurant, shop and concerts featuring big-name artists, 200 m to a sandy beach and public swimming area.

Only fifty meters from the sea is this charming little house that has been carefully renovated last year. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. The upstairs two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. The garden has several patios. The cozy fishing community Lickershamn is a lively marina with restaurant, kiosk, golf course, fish shop, swimming jetty, lovely sandy beach and Jungfrun, the island's highest sea stack.

Here you live in a rural setting only 20 km north of Visby. There is a swimming area 6 km away. A store and restaurant are about 2 kilometers away. . The cottage is approximately 60 sqm with an open floor plan living room/kitchen. One bedroom with a 180 bed and several closets. Sleeping loft with two 90-cm beds. The stairs to the sleeping loft may be a bit steep for smaller children. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. Bathroom with washing machine. During v 25-33 we only rent out at least 5 days/stay. At other times, even shorter periods.

The Beach Cabin

This is literally like living in a box. The Beach Cabin is just like a hotel room, with one double bed for two and a small lounge area. There is also a kitchenette for your convenience, equipped with the necessary kitchen supplies for you to make breakfast or a meal for two. The Cabin is situated just by the pebble beach and the sea. The faint sounds of waves will rock you to sleep at night. The bathroom is built next to this cabin with just footsteps to reach.
