Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Marrero

The apartment more than met our needs. Plenty of space and very easy to walk to all the French Quarter locations as well as the convention center. Beds were comfortable, access to the property was easy and the host communication was proactive with fast responses.

Brenna & Nick’s place was the perfect home away from home for our party of four. Spacious rooms with modern conveniences and vintage pieces mixing well together. The decor is thoughtful, chic and invokes the spirit of New Orleans without being too precious. High ceilings with fans and AC that kept us cool in the June heat. We didn’t spend much time cooking to be honest. But the space was welcoming with basic cutlery, glasses and dishes available. Lots of seating. Very close to Magazine Street with its antique shops, eclectic bars, various restaurants and just a stroll away from St Charles for the streetcar. Loved sitting on the balcony during the lightening storm watching the rainfall. Truthfully I can’t complain about a single thing other than my visit feeling like it was over too soon. But that’s my own fault. Hopefully I left Brenna & Nick with a good impression and they’ll have me back as a guest. So I can embrace one of my favorite cities again and again!

Steven's place was perfect for our trip! We had two days in New Orleans and the location was ideal. 25-30 minute walk to the French Quarter or 2 minute walk to the nearest streetcar station which can also take you up through the Garden District and Magazine Street. Nearby shops and restaurants are also great! The place was clean and has everything you need for your stay. Check in/check out is super easy and secure and Steven is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend!

David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) It was close to downtown, very accessible, and convenient. It does get a bit noisy as it is close to the highway so I would recommend for short vacations.

Not only was this Airbnb one of the most gorgeous and thoughtfully curated that I’ve ever stayed in, but Miranda truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Upon arrival, she met us at the property to greet us and had candles lit, lamps on and music was softly playing in the kitchen where chocolates awaited alongside a list of “local favorites.” The space was clean and so well decorated, it felt more like a retreat. Miranda also was sure to check in to make she we had everything we needed! Every detail felt intentional and beautiful. The location was also perfect and we were able to walk to some delicious restaurants and shops. I could sing my praises forever!

I was in town for a family event, and staying here was a great experience. the inside was really nice! It was a 10 min drive from the superdome, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again when in town.

Nice little shotgun house that can sleep a lot of people in three bedrooms and two baths. It’s accurately priced and convenient if you’re visiting NOLA Motorsports Park in particular.

The house was beautiful - if anything, I feel like it *exceeded* my expectations. Super spacious, lovingly decorated, all that good stuff. And the location was perfect, too; close to everything you want to be close to, but with enough privacy to get a good night's sleep. But that's just the house itself. Jason & Michelle were INCREDIBLE hosts. Just extraordinarily accommodating/communicative. I had a kinda wacky shipping request (due to my line of work/reason for being there), and Michelle wasn't just "okay with it", she was my dang partner in the whole ordeal. Simply above and beyond. I wouldn't just recommend this spot to a pal; I would chastise them for going elsewhere. 6 stars!!! <3

Giuliano let me check in early and met me at the house. He was as friendly and helpful in person as he had been on text (i.e. very) and walked me through everything I needed to know about the place, from the air conditioners to which light switches governed what, the locks, all of it. I don't always like to intersect with my Airbnb host but in this case there were several facets to the place that would have been trickier to figure out on own. So that first little "tutorial" was hugely valuable. Plus Giuliano is warm presence who was just nice to be around during our brief little interaction. I'll definitely want to stay there again someday :)

I've stayed at Andrew's place a few times when I've come to New Orleans for business and I have always enjoyed my stay. It's always spotless and comfortable. He leaves out a little bag of local chips and bottles of water that are really appreciated. It's only a few blocks to Magazine Street, which has really great restaurants and boutiques. The location is perfect, off the beaten path, but convenient. Street parking is really easy right out front. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is bright and open. It's less than 10-minute uber ride to the French Quarter or you could take the St. Charles Trolley. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay with Cheryl even though it was only one night. The house was perfect size for us. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and she allowed us to check in early. She has complimentary beverages and some food in the kitchen/fridge and the pool is beautiful. We even got to meet Cheryl and her two pups! Cheryl was extremely responsive and reliable. We will definitely stay again!

Michelle’s place was as advertised with lots of room, clean, relatively quiet for its location and a great Mediterranean restaurant right next door as an extra bonus. Would recommend to anyone looking for a close location to the French Quarter but far enough away from the crowds.

This apartment was great. There is a noisy bar across the street but you don’t hear it in the bedroom. It’s beautiful inside and close to lots of restaurants and bus stops.

Everything met our needs. The location was advertised as 10 minute drive to French Quarter. It’s 1.4 miles. Which is much closer that I imagined. Quiet area after a long night in the Quarter.

My wife & I stayed at Brad & Ben's loft in downtown New Orleans for a couple of nights while in town for a family wedding. Loved it! Great location near the French Quarter and other local destinations. The loft is very nice, clean and most importantly - great beds & sheets! When in this kind of location and being out & about, that's really the most important thing to get recharged. Very nicely appointed and clean, zero complaints. Brad's communications and instructions were very clear and well organized, making everything simple. Much appreciated and would definitely stay here again.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

My sisters and I throughly enjoyed ourselves this weekend; the condo was beautiful and just as described. Bailey was helpful and very friendly. We felt incredibly safe and will stay here again when we return. We have told all our friends about how wonderful our stay was. Thank you!

this property was modern and beautiful! it was open, white and gave a majestic feeling. the long entry hallway was some5hing from a movie. two of the bedrooms had balconies. as well as ceiling to floor windows expanding from the dining room to the living room. The views from all are gorgeous. The location was amazing as it was about a 15 min walk to Bourbon street and many of the tourists locations. The host was responsive, as well. usually within 5 mins of an inquiry. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment if you're going to be in town amd want to stretch out in comfort.
