A charming duplex apartment, tastefully decorated, in the heart of Old Lille: - 10 min walk from the 2 stations Lille Flandres and Lille Europe - 10 min walk to Rihour metro station or Lille Flandre metro station - 5 min walk to Grand-Place - 1.5 km (20 min walk) from Zénith de Lille - 12 km from Grand Stade Pierre Mauroy in Villeneuve-d'Ascq (15 min by car or 40 min by metro) - 12 km from Lille-Lesquin Airport Underground parking, V'Lille bikes, buses… everything is nearby.

In our garden...

On the garden floor, at the back of our house, the "chalet": a bed 2 pers, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years), a kitchen area, a bathroom, a toilet. At the end of the garden, the "cabin once upon a time": a bed for 2 people. You sleep in the "chalet" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and need to cross the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secure courtyard, car gate.

Studio with large terrace located in the Moulins district in Lille, on the edge of the Wazemmes district and a 5-minute walk from Jean Baptiste Lebas Park. 2 metro stations are a few minutes' walk away (Porte d'Arras is about 5 minutes away and Porte des Postes is about 7 minutes away). There is a Lidl located 50 meters away as well as 2 Carrefour within a 10-minute walk. Access to the highway is a 1-minute drive away. Convertible sofa for children.
