Access to above-ground pool and pétanque court. Private access to the Garonne for fishing lovers. We are located 40 km south of Toulouse, 190 km from the sea, 250 km from the ocean and 150 km from the Pyrenees. We are also very close to Ariège and Gers.

Fully refurbished outbuilding in old Toulousaine house, very close to the center of Noé. Independent garden and terrace with garden furniture. Private enclosed parking in a small courtyard + motorized gate. Entirely on the ground floor and quiet, you will feel very comfortable there. Sleeps up to 5 people (1 double bed, 1 2-seat sofa bed, 1 folding extra bed). A folding baby crib is available.
