In the heart of the Perche, Isabelle and Guy-Régis welcome you to the central part of a family home, for your moments of relaxation and rest. Within a large, quiet wooded park, they offer you a large living room on the ground floor, a kitchen equipped with a dining room, all served by a large corridor. The floor consists of a bedroom with a 160 bed and another with 2 80 beds that can be joined, a bathroom and separate toilet. Garage possible for bicycles, motorcycles.

Charlotte's House

Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. In the heart of Perche, come and recharge your batteries in our guest house. In the middle of the countryside, the guest house will seduce you with its location, the charm of the place, its comfort, its calm. There are many hiking trails from the guest house. The village and its many shops are easily accessible on foot, about a quarter of an hour by the small roads. Bretoncelles train station (Paris–Le Mans line) is 1 km from the house.
