Located 15 minutes from Provins (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), 10 minutes from the Nogent-sur-Seine nuclear power plant and 1 hour from Paris.

"The Walden Experience" the site

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. The newly renovated apartment is on the first floor of an old building. It will charm you with its different floors, exposed beams, bricks... With large windows, the accommodation will allow you to enjoy natural light until dusk... or almost! Located less than a 10-minute walk to most of the city's attractions (Camille Claudel Museum, theater, cinema, many restaurants...), bar/tobacco shop and bakery 1 minute away!

Studio in City Center

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Our accommodations are highly comfortable, unusual, eco-friendly wooden and glass buildings nestled in a green setting in Aube, at the gates of Champagne. They all have a large equipped terrace where you can relax and have breakfast (included) in the form of baskets. (At this time of year, breakfast is served in the dining room). You will have free access to the pool area.

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
