Holiday rentals with a patio in Marmora, Upper Township

WOW! This is the BEST airBNB I have ever been in!!! The location is grand. The cleanliness is top notch. The comfort is beyond and the kitchen items are 💯 % inclusive of all that anyone could need. There was AC or ceiling fans. There was parking in driveway! Amazing space!!

This was our second year staying at Stef And Keith's place. Our family loves the location, the short walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, coffee/ice cream shops, restaurants, Acme and Asbury Avenue. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast and drinking our morning coffee on the front porch. The place is very clean and had everything our family needed. The beds were comfortable, having a washer/dryer and beach chairs were a plus. Excellent communication with the hosts. Thank you Stef and Keith for hosting us again! We hope to be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The view of the bay was beautiful—especially at sunrise—and the sandy area out front was a huge bonus for the kids to play safely while we relaxed nearby. It felt peaceful and private, yet still close to everything we needed. We’d absolutely come back!

Sue is an amazing host! We had a wonderful time at her place over Memorial Day weekend. We had 3 adults and 2 dogs and it fit our needs perfectly. Having a fenced in yard for the dogs was a must! The apartment is steps from the beach and the bay—and walking distance to the amazing Brigantine market on Saturdays. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish and graciously accommodated my last minute booking. The place was the perfect size for me and my young daughter, and the location was ideally located near all the great shops and food options on Asbury. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. It was a really warm and sunny weekend, so it was a bummer that the outdoor furniture that’s pictured wasn’t available for use. (The host quickly responded that Easter is still considered the off-season and it’s put away until the season starts). There aren’t dedicated spots for any of the units, but parking was available a few blocks away. It was a bit challenging to handle unpacking my car since there wasn’t parking nearby, but the neighbors let me use their spot for a few minutes so I could unload close to the house. Also, don’t pack a large heavy suitcase. Lots of stairs. Overall, it was a great place and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this stay!! Close to the beach and a few good restaurants and lowkey vibes. A 20-30 min Uber takes you to vibrant Wildwoood where there is more nightlife. A perfect and quaint stay near anything a family or chill group would need!

Great location and looked exactly like the photos. Sarah was a super responsive host and was always available for questions leading up to the trip and during! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a beach get away.

This was the best located place we've ever stayed for a vacation. We have 3 boys (7, 5, 9 months) and were able to park our car for the week. Our kids had no issues walking everywhere. It was a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk, OC Waterpark, shops and restaurants on Asbury, a public playground across from Acme, and an eyeshot from an Açaí bowl, ice cream, and coffee/sandwich shops. Directly Kitty-cornered is a park with green space and winding sidewalks that our kids rode scooters on and played sports at. There was plenty of space inside for our family of 5 and it came stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear. It was also amazing to relax out on the porch after the kids went to bed. We all agreed this is the best vacation we've had and a huge part of that was because of this place and its location. We hope to be able to rent it again for future vacations! Thanks for a great week!!

We really enjoyed being so close to the bay. Very peaceful location. The house was clean, neat, and nicely decorated. Queen bed was very comfortable. Nice back yard space. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor shower was wonderful. We appreciated that plenty of towels and linens were provided. Linda was friendly and responsive. Meeting her dog Cider was an added treat!

We absolutely loved or stay as we were in town for our son’s graduation from Coast Guard bootcamp. It housed 5 adults very comfortably and the outdoor area was so relaxing, quiet and private. The home was gorgeous and it was clean and fresh! ! Megan was VERY responsive to the couple of questions that I did have and that was much appreciated! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What an a beautiful, peaceful, lovely home May has shared. There were 6 of us on this trip and everyone was very happy with the accommodations. My favorite thing to do was sit on the porch each morning to enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable and the living area was welcoming. We had a small problem but May was very responsive and fixed the issue quickly. We would love to return again

If you have kids, or even if you don’t, this location is great being 1 block from the beach AND a fenced in sandbox playground with bathrooms. The house is spacious and has a great master bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed. Nick was a great host and always responded quickly and kindly. If this place weren’t fully booked already, we would come back - definitely next summer!

Perfect beach house, plenty of room for our family, clean, very responsive hosts! Spent a lot of time on the patio and loved the outdoor shower! Wonderful being dog friendly and lots of like extra care items.

Diane's place was cozy, beachy and overall lovely! The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies for cooking, the beds and bedrooms were comfortable. Loved the little touches of seaside theme art and decorations, outdoor seating and gear to bring to the beach! The location was awesome, such a short walk to the beach, nearby shops, a playground, and take-out places! Above all, Diane is a friendly and welcoming host and was quick to communicate with us, each time we had a question. Highly recommended.

Aya was such a gracious host. She was helpful & kindly gave us tips to make sure our stay was a great one and it was! Her beautiful house was so clean and decorated with bright and pretty colors. The open floor plan, along with the outdoor porch, was great for my group of 6 people. We will definitely look to reserve a stay at Aya’s house again.

Anna and Kris were very responsive before and during our stay! They were friendly at all times and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure that everything was up to our satisfaction! The location being right on Asbury was perfect since we were there for the spring block party. Beach is walkable, but probably a better bike ride or to just go and park closer. The place was pretty easy to find and was exactly as pictured! Everything was clean and we felt right at home for our stay!

My wife and I came to Cape May for a quick weekend getaway and got exactly what we were looking for in this place. As close to the beach as you can get, very walkable to bars and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for, and getting in and out was super easy

This place was the perfect spot for a week away with my boyfriend. We wanted to be close to the beach (it is steps away!) and have a pool option. The condo was very clean and welcoming upon entry. It was stocked with everything we needed and there was a charming welcome basket, which was a warming touch. The hosts were very nice and responsive! Highly recommend!

Such a great condo in Ocean City with lots of space. Great location if you are looking to do the boardwalk and beach. Host is super friendly and responsive, would definitely return!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving 2024. We loved the place! Very nice kitchen - fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Great location - for shopping, gyms and restaurants. The host was fantastic! Very responsive. I hope we get to stay again soon. We will be back!

Great experience the house, the location, the locals, the proximity to AC. The house is very nice and organized. It was clean and very welcoming. Loved the coffee bar. So nice to come in late and have a cup of joe (almost) ready in the morning was priceless. I would definitely come back.
