Down the street you'll find shops and restaurants, and a little further is Petroglyphs Provincial Park, the largest concentration of petroglyphs in Canada, with some over 1000 years old.

Set on 3.2 acres of riverside land, this cozy guest suite is a quiet place to slow down, explore nature, and enjoy rural Ontario. Wake up to birds, watch the river drift by, and relax under the stars. The suite is in the lower level of my home with a private entrance so guests can come and go freely. Inside you’ll find a comfortable space to relax after exploring the area.

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Sit back and relax on the sandy beach, swim or fish right off the the dock in the 15' deep water. Or take a quick paddle to the near by Callaghan's Rapids waterfall. Great for two small families as this deal is a two for one, with a separate full apartment (with kitchen and bath) next to the cottage. Only 10 minutes to Marmora. Lots to do close by.

Please note cabin is COMPLETELY OFF GRID. NO RUNNING WATER, NO SHOWER. Endless potable water is provided for cooking and drinking. Solar generator and battery powered lanterns throughout the cabin for light at night. Pretty and modern outside bathroom (outhouse) located steps from cabin.

The Fox Den

The Fox Den is a peaceful year round escape for those looking to put their feet up and enjoy the serenity of cottage livin' with the comforts of a modern home. Ideal place for couples and families with children of all ages. The home is located on Oak Lake which is a 2 hours and 20 minutes drive from Toronto and 3 hours from Ottawa. We welcome all those who treat the space as their own and looking for some peace and quiet (no parties please). Enjoy your stay!

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

The Nook, Peaceful Retreat: Lake+Hot Tub+ Sauna!

Heritage barn turned zen-den! Our open-concept, loft style, timber-frame cabin has exposed beams, barn board walls, and plenty of windows to enjoy the lake view. Decorated with a beachy boho meets mid-century vibe, it's cozy and airy at the same time! The private deck offers the perfect place to listen to the birds and read a good book. The Nook is on our 1 acre, lakefront property, alongside our home. We hope you love it here as much as we do!
