I can not rate this house more highly. It is so peaceful, with the most incredible views out every window! There was nothing better than waking up and looking out the window to the mountain range, and that evening having an incredible hot spa heated by a log fire. The house is rustic, with ever piece of furniture quirky and well chosen for the space. The bathrooms were spotless and the fire was lit ready for us when we arrived which we really appreciated. The beach is so close by, listening to the waves was my favourite thing. As a family, we absolutely adored our stay here.

Lauren's place by the sea is such a superb home away from home to relax and enjoy beach life for a while. It's a cozy cottage with the sun or a log fire to keep you happy and warm. The view of the sea and stars from the master bedroom is spectacular. There was ample bedding and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. There are a few steps up to the house that needed care when it rained or in the dark. We really loved staying and being inspired by nature and the ever changing views of the bay.

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home, surrounded by stunning mountains on one side and views to the ocean on the other. The house is clean, well maintained and has everything you need. It’s very private and peaceful but also feels safe and it’s close to town and local attractions. We just loved the neighbouring cows, sheep and goats and enjoyed the heated outdoor area. We also appreciated the fireplace which kept the house very warm and cozy! Sarah is a lovely host who lives nearby, she greeted us on arrival and checked in on us when the weather got wild to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. Excellent communication and easy self check in. We really hope to return again someday, highly recommend!

Extremely clean and sunny place brightens your day. Lovely touch with welcome bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. Very easy with lock box to get in and hosts very respectful and responsive. Recommend for a Blenheim and Marlborough stay.

Beautiful elevated views of Waikawa Bay, just a 5-minute drive from downtown Picton. Modern architecture, a fully stocked kitchen (with sharp knives - which is rare), and a lovely host that accommodated us with an early check in on a rainy day and helpful recommendations for the area. This home is large and spacious (3 bedroom) with spa-like bathrooms. While it was just the two of us, this home is perfect for a family stay or friends getaway.

This place is something special from the fantastic host to the wonderful relaxing environment they have created. Lots of special little touches that show how much they care for their guest and their comfort. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and look forward to returning. Sue & Steve

I highly recommend this property as it had amazing views of Malborough Sound. Sitting on the balcony was very peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of heating which made the apartment cosy. There is a hot tub on the balcony to sit in and enjoy the views. Sky TV had lots of channels which was appreciated. Would stay again.

We had a nice cosy stay in apartment one, lovely warm space with everything you need. Courtyard was great for a morning coffee, there’s parking right at the apartment gate & cafes etc within walking distance. We appreciated having the nights and heating left on for our late night check in. We’ll be back, thanks again

We loved our stay at Caroline’s. Right across the road from the beach, private with amazing views. Beautiful bed linen and bathroom. Great local eating and drinking recommendations. Lovely host! Very hospitable and responsive to our comms about (unexpected) change of checkin time. Would love to come back and highly recommend to others.

It’s literally the BEST Airbnb experience I ever had. Wayne and his wife showed the greatest hospitality as a host. I truly recommend EVERYBODY to stay at Wayne’s property if coming to Picton. Thank u Wayne

Great location, loved the sea view while supping coffee.... super bonus was the little logfire, no need for the heatpump. Lovely apartment had everything you could ask for as well as all the pots & utensils required to cook as much or as little as you wanted. Great selection of books. David a great helpful host. We cannot recommend David's place highly enough, it is such a beautiful setting and a wonderful location! David was such a warm and welcoming host and was so generous, helping us with umbrellas in the rain and with our laundry after a long hike. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting Nelson, thank you so much David for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! It’s more like staying in a luxury hotel. I’ve rented a lot in NZ and especially in Picton. This by far the best place I’ve ever been in. The 5th floor views are mesmerizing from the kitchen, lounge , balcony and master BR. Comfy sofa with a nice TV. And the beds!! Heavenly. Even my grandkids commented on how well they slept and how much they loved the sheets. We could have spent all day watching the boats and ferries but did get out for some nice shopping and great meals. I highly recommend Oxley’s bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was great. We loved this apartment and would love to stay again! Rochelle was great.

Nice place nestled in the Monaco apartments. It has solid heating, good kitchen facilities and a nice little outdoor spot too. It’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Good walks and food spots nearby too.

Wonderful place to stay.

We had such a lovely time at Linda’s apartment. Communicating with Linda was excellent- she was always so fast to respond and provide us with the information that we needed and very friendly too! When we arrived at the apartment- everything was very easy. The apartment was spotless - really fresh and clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful. The pool and spa were lovely. Short walk down to the beautiful beach or around to Kaiteriteri. We loved our stay and hope to return next summer. Thanks so much Linda x

We had a lovely stay, lovely view from the place looking out to the harbour! And a very short walk into town! We found the place very convenient!

Excellent experience, Rochelle went above and beyond with a couple of small issues. She replaced a TV that failed to operate without any hesitation despite it being a public holiday. Thankyou again.

Beautiful location, was ridable to the local MTB park and walkable to the beach. Short drive to Abel Tasman as well. Highly recommend!
