I'm also near the Maitai river with cycle-paths, walks, swimming & picnics. I have a little private outdoor garden area with table & chairs, BBQ Grill, fresh herbs, grapes & feijoas. My place sleeps 2 in comfort, the bathroom is en suite. If you are 3, there is also a fold-out chair bed and extra bedding. Enjoy!

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)
