The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. This privately accessed guest suite is part of a large family bungalow. Our family live in the rest of the house but the suite is self contained with its own entrance allowing guests to come and go as they please. Please note: The apartment is set up with one single bed in the room. We find short stays work best, for business travellers or tourists passing through. The apartment is not suitable for self-isolation as there are shared laundry facilities.
