Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Only 5km far from famous turist sea-side

A charming little house is situated in the oldest bit of Marittima a pretty village set on a hill looking down towards the crystal clear waters of the Sea. Marittima consists of two bars a family run Trattoria and a small local shop for buying fresh groceries. The house is on two floors ,whitewashed with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of light,tastefully decorated in a minimalist style. Walking distance to the cove of Acquaviva and a minutes car drive down the unspoilt Salento coastline.

The house, recently built, is totally autonomous and private. Although it is about fifty meters from the "Insenatura Acquaviva" sea, it is completely immersed in Mediterranean vegetation. In addition to a large covered terrace with a sunshade, it has a surrounding garden for an afternoon rest in the shade of a pine tree and other typical trees of the place. You can use the solar paving where you can admire the infinity of the sea and the long extension of the coast.

My house is cozy, in the center and about 900 meters from the sea. Completely renovated, finely furnished and equipped with all comforts. Excellent solution between quality and price. Ideal for visiting magical Salento. Ideal for a couple or even a family. The composition of the rooms is as follows: 1 bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed and a single bedroom. The total number of beds is 2, the total number of sleeping accommodations is 3.
