La casa sul mare

Graziosa casetta nel verde degli ulivi con ampi terrazzi vista mare. Dispone di parcheggio ed accesso privati al mare. Ideale per una vacanza in Salento, dove poter godere del mare e del sole. A meno di 1km dall'insenatura Acquaviva, gioiello della marina di Marittima e dai luoghi di maggiore interesse del Salento come Castro, Otranto e S.M.di Leuca. Si accede con una scalinata privata e gode di ingresso autonomo e spazi riservati. Doccia esterna con acqua calda, biancheria. Non ammessi animali.

This villa offers a breathtaking panorama. The house is located in an exceptionally picturesque location on a small plateau about a kilometre from the sea in Marina di Andrano. The accommodation was decorated with careful attention to detail and is very neat and tidy. Stone tubs, the restored antique bed, woven straw baskets, evoke the rural, rustic life and craftsmanship of the Salento region. The old wrought-iron bell for calling the family to the table is also a particularly charming feature.

La terrazza con pergolato e piscina privata vista mare è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi. Si arriva nella bellissima Cala dell'Acquaviva percorrendo degli scalini e subito ci si può tuffare nello splendido e cristallino mare e dopo un bagno rigenerante troverete una piazzola solo per voi dove poter prendere il sole e grazie agli alberi secolari godere della loro ombra. La dimora ha anche una terrazza con una vista mozzafiato. Porticelli è vicina a Castro ed altri splendidi borghi.
