Charming one full bedroom/full bathroom in the center of my triplex beautifully decorated. We own the whole street and built 8 beautiful homes on it. Kitchen has full sink, refrigerator, convection, no stove on this unit as it’s not allowed so we added a two burner electric top. No dishwasher is a basic unit for lesser than other two. Easy access to St. John’s River and our private boat ramp. Unit has all cooking utensils, towels & washer/dryer. Inquire prior to booking if bringing furry pets.
