I did not get to spend as much time in Peru as I would have liked so I plan to come back. I told my boyfriend that we absolutely had to stay at Mugivan Manor again and visit the city. Mary was so kind and helpful. I was traveling for a concert and she remembered that small detail. While making sure I knew how to get into the apt, she made sure to wish me a great time. It’s the small things that really make a place great.

Beautiful, spacious apartment. The location was great if you want to be in the Broadripple area, very walkable. Our host was very engaging and proactive about an air conditioning issue prior to our arrival and did everything they could to mitigate us being uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay in this spacious apartment, and it was nice having a garage. It was laid out very well and was very quiet. We really appreciated that the temperature of the unit was well regulated. We had no problems during our stay and would recommend this apartment.

The neighborhood was OK - the place is kind of in between a really nice area and a not so nice one. I will say the location was peaceful - no really loud noises, especially at night. That was very much appreciated!

The place was great! Atalie was responsive and accommodated some things I needed while I was there. The bed is comfortable, everything works, and I enjoyed being able to cook while I was out of town. It’s also a great location right in the heart of Columbia City - near all the restaurants and a nice little coffee shop. Really enjoyed it and will definitely be staying at one of her places again!

I had a good stay while in the area. Local hotels are outrageously priced, so this apartment is a great value. It is on the 3rd floor if stairs are an issue, but they are indoors. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of towels.

The host was very responsive and accommodating to me and my chaos. I was a little late so I didn’t meet them in person but messaging was very easy. The host was on standby if I had a question it seemed like and left very clear pictures and instructions for how to get in. They were also super patient as it was my first time staying in an Airbnb and I didn’t know how to navigate the app to see pictures to get in. After the first time going in though, it was VERY easy to get in as if I actually lived there. Thanks for the stay!! 🫶🏼

Place was gorgeous. One of the nicest places I've stayed. We were basically just using the place to crash. It was a nice enough place that we sort of felt bad we didn't stay there more. Will absolutely be staying here again

What a wonderful experience! Jeff was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly as described! The Airbnb was very private very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! Stayed at Tonuellonge’s during a business trip. It was exactly what was described. Extremely clean and spacious. I would recommend and definitely will stay again.

This is our favorite “home away from home” when we come to the area. It’s clean, cozy, and quiet! Kevin and his wife are always quick to respond to any questions we have. Highly recommend!

hi we are a family of three. The place was big enough and what i found the most nice thing is whatever we had requested they have given us. nice location . would recommend this to any one .

We so enjoyed our stay. We arrived late and the snacks were and the water were so thoughtful and appreciated. It was cute and comfy and I could’ve just moved in. Walkable to downtown and river path. If I’m back in Muncie I’d stay here again.

Great place to stay if you are traveling solo for work, the place is small in the pictures, but even smaller in person. Upstairs studio apartment, not too loud, but the bar next door can get loud sometimes. It’s an A frame, so if you are taller some things are a struggle like the location of the toilet in the bathroom. Overall a good place, I only had one issue with the electronic lock for the door due to dead batteries, but they fixed it quickly. Communication was great, I would stay here again if I just needed a place for myself to sleep and shower.

My wife and I stayed in the Koala Room for a month, and it was a great temporary stay for the price. While the house faces the road, the traffic noise wasn’t very noticeable in the room. There are plenty of kitchen appliances that made cooking easy, along with a large refrigerator, which was a nice bonus. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around during the day, and there are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. The host is very responsive, and any major issues are addressed quickly. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long-term stay near downtown Indy.
