Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

Quiet accommodation on the ground floor, about 60 square metres, located within a structure consisting of three apartments, with a courtyard and reserved parking space. The house, with 5 beds, consists of a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large front space for exclusive use, entirely fenced, for dining or dining outdoors, and a rear porch. The villa is about 200 metres from the sea and is in a well-served location.

It is the ideal place for total relaxation in contact with unspoilt nature.

Qui l’azzurro del cielo si fonde col blu del mare, il verde della costa e il cinguettio delle rondini. Vivi le stradine lastricate di pietra ammirando le tipiche logge sorrette da archi a volta di mattoni all’ombra di buganvillee e gelsomini, sotto gli sguardi curiosi dei gatti del borgo.

A new spectacle of nature (The Suite)

The suite is brand new, the furniture and the environment are in shabby chic style and everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail. The suite has a private terrace (furnished with an umbrella and sofa) with spectacular views and poignant sunsets. Guests will feel at home... with the best of the vacation.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
