S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Každý den jsme využívali zahradu a ocenili jsme vlastní vstup na pláž. I když jsme 4 rodiny, pohodlně jsme se vešli a ubytování bylo velmi prostorné.

Eine besondere Unterkunft, nicht das Übliche. Du hast das Gefühl zu Gast in einem Museum zu sein. Das Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert, der Geist der Architekten ist überall zu spüren. Die Lage des Hauses ist sensationell mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Romana hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt, ein toller Service. Sie hat rasch auf Fragen geantwortet und die Rückfahrt nach Rom zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Davide muy amable y atento en todo momento, el apartamento estaba impoluto y moderno, lo único que se agradecería sería un microondas. Lo demás todo perfecto y el apartamento está ubicado cerca de la estación y a unos minutos de la playa. Repetiría la estancia.

We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

Wegen eines Bahnstreiks konnten wir leider erst Abends einchecken und wurden deshalb sogar mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof abgeholt! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Strand, Bahnhof und Supermarkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wird würden jederzeit wieder in diese Tolle Wohnung kommen!

Very nice house. It was easy to get to Rome and to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. We got a nice welcome to the house with a little tour and everything we needed to know. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We have recently returned from a fantastic week at the property in Anzio. The house was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed including access to the pool. It allowed us to take some time out from visiting Rome to enjoy a few quieter days during our stay to rest and relax. The property was clean and well equipped and communication throughout was very good. A big thank you goes out to Hans for allowing guests to stay at the wonderful house and to Valeria for being so welcoming on our arrival and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Giandomenico è stato super disponibile e sempre presente per qualsiasi cosa. Ci ha consigliato molti posti carini dove mangiare e fare colazione. La sua villetta è dotata di qualsiasi cosa, ci siamo trovati benissimo

Siamo rimasti entusiasti della struttura deliziosa, pulita e accogliente. La consiglio vivamente a tutti i tipi di famiglia per soggiornare in tranquillità e serenità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

En avslappende oase i Nettuno – anbefales på det sterkeste! Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Nettuno, Italia, og dette stedet er virkelig en perle for de som søker en avslappende ferie. Omgivelsene var utrolig vakre, og det store, nydelige bassenget var et midtpunkt for mange fine dager. Vår vert, Sarah, var utrolig hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Hun var alltid tilgjengelig og sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte. En ekstra bonus var den nydelige huskatt som kom på daglige besøk – et kjærkomment innslag! Et lite minus var beliggenheten. Vi skulle gjerne hatt en leiebil, da veien til butikker, restauranter og selve tettstedet var litt risikabel å gå på uten fortau, og med biler som kjørte fort. Uber var heller ikke tilgjengelig, men heldigvis var lokalbefolkningen utrolig hjelpsomme med å ordne transport for oss. Til tross for dette, vil vi på det sterkeste anbefale dette stedet til alle som ønsker en avslappende ferie i rolige omgivelser.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Giulia's home and it's location was great for walking to amenities and the beach. Beautiful surroundings, clean and tidy, spacious in shared spaces for 8 adults. Would recommend. Murray, Kathy and family

emplacement idéal, plage, on traverse la rue, restau, magasins accessibles à pied. rome prendre bus 1 ou 5 jusque Gare, ensuite train(environ 1h au total, 1€5 a 3€ selon timing). Andrea fait au mieux pour que tout se passe bien. tres appréciable etpratique le prêt de parasol et de drap de plage. attention aux moustiques mais cela Andrea n'y peut rien. très bonne semaine

El alojamiento es excelente, tiene una vista hermosa al mar, el cuarto es muy completo, tiene para hacer café, desayuno, ecelente espaciamento, el baño muy limpio. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, todo fue excelente.

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub von sechs Tagen genutzt. An einigen Tagen sind wir von hier aus mit dem Mietwagen zur Metro-Station Laurentina gefahren, um Rom zu erkunden. Wir sind von hier aus aber auch in den Süden auf den Monte Circeo zum Wandern. Auf dem Weg zum Flughafen kann man wunderbar die Ostia Antica erkunden. Zwei Mal haben wir den Grill genutzt. Jeden Abend sind wir die paar Schritte zum Meer gelaufen. Auch, dass es nur 2-3 Gehminuten zu einem kleinen Laden für das Nötigste und einem Bäcker sind, haben wir sehr geschätzt. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt Fliegengitter und richtige Rollläden, um die Räume zu verdunkeln. Den kleinen Tisch im Essbereich kann man ausziehen. Mit dem Auto durch das Tor hindurch ist es etwas eng, aber wir haben es dennoch jeden Tag gern dort im Innern geparkt. Unsere Gastgeber standen uns immer mit Rat und Tag zur Seite und haben sehr schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The best way to wind down your trip to Italy, before you fly out of Fiumicino, is to stay a couple of nights at Sabrina's place in Fregenae. One...it is a real home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two...there are several lounging outdoor spaces. Three...you can walk to the beach, fabulous beachside restaurants, and shops. Four...sparkly Sabrina will greet you in person (she is so nice!). Five...parking in the driveway steps from the front door will make you sigh in relief. Six...it is 25 minutes from the airport. And finally, you need Sabrina's place! It is quiet, spacious, and comfortable, has a full kitchen, a cozy living room with a big TV to watch movies that will make you miss Italy like Only You and Roman Holiday, a pizzeria, trattoria, and gelateria (all with fabulously delicious offerings) literally steps from the front door, and black-out electric blinds so you will sleep 'come un ghiro'. Just remember to set your alarm or you will miss your flight!

Great Place to stay. Recommend to anyone visiting for a long or short period of time.

Nous avons logé chez Valentina afin de faciliter notre transfert à l’aéroport de Fiumicino. L’appartement était totalement conforme à sa description, proche de la mer et de supermarchés ! Gros + pour les petits snacks mis à disposition :) Nous vous le recommandons grandement !!
