Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Marina di Fuscaldo

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

Well presented, clean apartment with a fantastic view.

Our stay went very well despite us missing our flight the first night and me losing my luggage for the night. Gabriella was kind by lending me a few outfits until my luggage arrived. We had lunch ready for us as well. Half way through our stay, it was cleaned for us. Gabriella helped arrange for transportation to and from airport as well as a local tour guide. Everyone was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The few times we had questions, they were answered and managed promptly. Thank you again for everything you did for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's a good idea to stay. It isvery nice, with attention to detail and equipped with all the comforts. Walter and his wife are friendly and helpful. The location, facing the sea, is an added bonus

We traveled all across Italy, and this was by far the best and most well-equipped place we stayed. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful—inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Hands down the best place we stayed during our trip. Amazing host, amazing experience—couldn’t have asked for more.

The feeling is that you are in an exclusive place, designed to make you feel at home... but with something extra. The host was exceptional: very helpful, flexible with schedules and above all proactive in providing us with suggestions on activities, excursions, restaurants and services both within and around the property. We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really cared for in every detail and everything is in its place, just like any self-respecting grandmother would want. He left us wood to keep us warm and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and moreover during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable.
