At Residence Olmi you will find ten apartments of various sizes spread over two floors of a large house characterised by a musical score that embraces the structure, decorating the railing of the first floor terrace. Each apartment has its own outdoor space equipped for eating and relaxing outdoors. The apartments are powered by renewable energy and are all equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heat pumps for the mid-season and winter. The property is surrounded by a large private garden with a play area where you can entertain your children, tables where you can enjoy an aperitif at sunset, deckchairs to read a book in the shade of the trees, two barbecue areas, space to do yoga or physical activity. You will also find an unguarded private car park, a laundry area with a coin-operated washing machine and an outdoor shower to freshen up after a day at the beach. The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea.
