Thomas was so sweet and helpful. He was an absolute gentleman and wonderful host. The views were amazing. Very homey and decorated in the Tuscany style. Close to town but perfect for a quiet escape in the Tuscan countryside.

Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and stop for a moment. You'll feel like you're in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, table tennis. You can have a barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning when you get up you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of shops. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. Our stay at Dario's house was just perfect! The apartment is stylishly furnished, beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Particularly impressive was the private pool – an absolute oasis of well-being! 🏊‍♂️✨ Everything was extremely clean and tidy, which immediately gave a pleasant feeling. Privacy was absolutely given, and yet Dario was incredibly helpful when we needed something. His hospitality was great – friendly, attentive and present in just the right measure! 😊 A great stay all around – we will definitely come back! 🌟

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Staying at Paola and Nino’s place was one of the highlights of our trip. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, with every detail thoughtfully considered and a setting that truly captures the essence of Tuscan magic. It’s incredibly peaceful, with sweeping views and a real sense of privacy, yet close enough to explore charming villages and beaches. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms, a real plus during the summer heat. Paola and Nino were the most gracious hosts, warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything, yet also giving us plenty of space. Their three sweet labradors were a lovely bonus! We truly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat.

Villino Isotta is a breathtaking accommodation, super in every aspect: location, cleanliness, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped, free parking is just a few steps away and a café is open until late in the evening. Outside, there is a patio overlooking the hills and then the barbecue, and finally a swimming pool equipped with every comfort (hot shower, hot tub, sun loungers, wifi, etc.). Last but not least, the host Andrea, whom I thank for the incredible and constant attention to his guests from the first moment (welcoming us with a welcome aperitif) to the last. Always present but never intrusive, always available with advice to make your stay unforgettable, a person with an immense heart who manages this accommodation with passion and seriousness. It was hard to go home, we will definitely see each other again!

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

We spent a week at Andrea's. The area is wonderfully quiet, very rural - just right for us and our dogs. The apartment delivers what the photos promise. Super clean, very well equipped and with great views from every window. Andrea and his son Lorenzo are very accommodating and attentive. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. All in all, an all-round successful accommodation 👌🏻

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.

Both Barbara and Andrea were very welcoming and forthcoming when we encountered a hitch in our travel plans. They are unusually friendly, and accommodating hosts. The house is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely a time at the property. It was exactly as described and had amazing views. The host was very welcoming and was exceptionally helpful. It is fairly easily to get to the city centre from the property. There are two fairly regular buses and we were able to use a maps app pretty successfully to predict travel times.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

We can't imagine a more beautiful place to stay while we visited Chianti! The location is absolutely heavenly, and Emanuela's home is stunning. Everything was so comfortable, and our family particularly loved spending time outside and enjoying the pool. It's conveniently located for several Tuscan day trips, and there are many amazing wineries nearby. And the icing on the cake were Emanuela and Giovanni, who went above and beyond in helping us throughout our trip - from recommendations and help with reservations to having a few food items and coffee stocked for our first day's breakfast. Easily the best hosts we've ever enjoyed in our years staying in Airbnbs!

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

There were 6 of us on this beautiful property and spent some quiet days in nature. The place is a bit remote if you want peace and relaxation, the place is ideal. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. The house offers a lot of turnaround and the sun days by the pool with stunning views from the sea were beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house. The area is extremely peaceful and quiet, which made for a truly relaxing time. Each room has its own private bathroom, and everything was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - all our questions and needs were responded quickly and with care. Communication was excellent throughout. The house is located in a stunning area with beautiful views, and the directions were clear and easy to follow — we had no trouble getting there. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was in perfect order, and I would definitely recommend this place. I was very satisfied. Although the surroundings are calm and quiet, the nearest town isn’t far at all, with several great restaurants to choose from. Altogether, a lovely experience!
