Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Marina di Ardea

Maurizio war sehr nett und herzlich. Er hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos und alles sehr sauber. Am Strand gibt es Restaurants und ein Supermarkt ist auch in Laufnähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

I couldn't recommend more Pio and Iolanda's home to any traveller. The energy of the home is peaceful and soft - while remaining visually outstanding. Pio and Yolanda are two of the kindest and fun-loving souls I have ever met. They deeply respect your privacy, yet are there in a heartbeat if you need them. They open not only their home through this experience, but their hearts. If you want to feel at home in Italy, this is your place. I enjoyed being out of the city for peace and restoration, surrounded by the symphony of birdsong in the yards and glorious gardens after spending a lot of time in city centres. I also was invited to enjoy a beautiful dinner with their family one night. What a special experience! Thankyou for having me - til next time!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

Riccardo was extremely gracious when we arrived earlier than expected. His directions for check in were very clear and easy to follow and he provided us with some great recommendations and directions for things local to try out and see. The accomodation was very clean, the beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Our family with 2 adult children were very comfortable in this space and we really enjoyed the roof top terrace in the evening. The apartment is well situated in walking distance to the beach, grocery store and some great restaurants and cafes. We followed Riccardo's recommendations and were not disappointed. The above and beyond item was his help booking us a guaranteed taxi back to the airport when we were unsure and a little nervous. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend staying with Riccardo if you're visiting the area.

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

Lorenzo and Sara быстро отвечали на сообщения и во всем нам помогали. Само жилье расположено вдали от Римской суеты, подходит для семейного отдыха и путешествий по округе. Территория облагорожена, есть развлечение для детей, футбол, мангал, беседка. Комнаты были в полуподвальном помещении с отдельным входом и окнами. Нас все устроило, были хорошие комнаты, устроено по-домашнему. спасибо за гостеприимство!
