Beachfront holiday rental in Marina di Altidona

We had a great weekend in Pescara with friends, and this place was just perfect! Very spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and ideally located close to the city center and the beach. Cinzia, was adorable from start to finish: very friendly, available, and always ready to give good advice, especially on restaurants and places not to be missed. She really made our stay easier. I recommend this place with my eyes closed! Thanks again for everything 🥰

Great stay, spacious and really close to city center and the beach!

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

We loved our stay at the apartment. Francesca was a very nice person and she even stored our cases for us for a couple of days , which we really appreciated. We loved the little treats she left for us and sitting on the little balcony and looking out to the beach was wonderful. We even swam a couple of times, as the ocean is just across the road. If we could give a higher score than 5 stars, we would! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Clean apartment and a well-kept environment in a quiet area very close to the sea. Alessia is very kind and helpful, difficult to find a lot of availability nowadays.

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

Comfortable, clean and well-maintained accommodation. Host available , clear, and friendly. I'll be back at the first time.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

A peaceful corner from which to enjoy a wonderful view of the Apennines and the sea. Well-kept apartment with all comforts, very close to the medieval historic centre of Montepagano. Unforgettable holiday and to be recommended to everyone

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Tania is an exquisite person and her apartment is small, but very well organized and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. the location is on the border of the village, so it is closer to Grottamare beach than to S.Benedetto, but it is a beautiful beach and above all really reachable in 5 minutes on foot because the house is located near the railway underpass (which should not be underestimated, because the underpasses are located at a good distance from each other). Also a 5-minute walk away is a very well-stocked supermarket that also has a nice food counter if you don't want to cook. On the other hand, it is a little far from the center (about 1.8 km); the distance itself is not excessive, but the streets at night are not very busy and on the seafront you have to pass an industrial area: so we took the car. And here is the only bad note: it's not very easy to find parking under the house. But otherwise highly recommended!

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Marina responds quickly to questions thank you

Enrico made us feel so welcome. He took so much time to make sure that we were settled in and knew where to go out for the evening. He even parked my car for me after helping me find a parking space. We only stayed there for a short while but would thoroughly recommend Enrico and his lovely apartment

Very nice apartment. Even more than the photos. It really feels like being at Grandma's house. Clean and well-kept accommodation, close to the sea and with a fifteen-minute walk you find yourself in the center. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area where the house is located is very quiet, but in a few minutes you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, newsstands, etc. Domenico is an impeccable host! Gianluca’s beautiful apartment on the 6th and 7th floor is spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The views from the balconies over the pineta (small pine forest and park) to the sea are spectacular. The beach is wonderful and a very short walk. Tiziana, the property manager, was extremely responsive, helpful, and delightful! This is the place to stay in Montesilvano.
