Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

Newly renovated vacation home in a very quiet area in the south of Menorca, Son Ganxo. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one outside), a large kitchen and living room, and a very nice outdoor area. Two bedrooms with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), two bedrooms with two twin beds that share an indoor bathroom and another full bathroom (with a shower) outside. All the furniture is new, a fully renovated house.

Stylish accommodation, premium qualities, and all the amenities to enjoy a memorable vacation: Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, swimming pool, private garden, and ocean views. Located in one of the most sought-after areas of the island, between Punta Prima and Binibeca and just 350 meters from the crystal-clear waters of Cala Biniancolla. THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE A PROTECTIVE FENCE. The accommodation also has stairs that do not have a child-safety gate.

The brand new Casa Milos annex, which we prefer to reserve for adult guests, is located within the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island.
