Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

We had an amazing stay – the property really exceeded our expectations! The view was absolutely magical, such a view you have difficulty tearing your eyes off. The location was perfect as a starting point for exploring the area – close to swimming, excursions and well-known places to visit. The accommodation was very child friendly with toys and pool, and everything we needed was there. Our hostess was lovely- she let us stay longer the last day when there would be rain and thunder for the kids not having to be out in the storm. We are very grateful for this extra care that meant a lot to us. We hope to come back – this was a real gem.

We had an amazing stay. The location is super quiet off season and it's a hidden gem. The house has the best view in town and is close to everything.

Our stay at SevenOlives-Haus was simply fantastic. The house is not only beautiful, but also lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail - you can immediately see how much passion is put into it. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and a plate of regional delicacies was waiting for us. As a special welcome gift, we even received wine and homemade elderflower syrup - a very personal and beautiful gesture. The pool is huge, super well maintained and was a daily highlight for us. Neno, the host, travelled from Split especially to make the pool temperature even more pleasant for us - this is not a matter of course. We didn't miss anything at all. Everything was clean, fully equipped and in top condition. If you are looking for peace, privacy and real relaxation from everyday life, you have come to the right place. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you for everything :)

The villa, the pool, the location and everything provided was totally perfect. Set away from the busy tourism areas but close enough to easily get to Split, Krka national park, Trogir and the many amazing beaches. We had an absolutely brilliant time, thank you Ivana.

Five stars from the moment I reached out to the host. I booked this villa for my friends hen do and Zvonimir was super helpful right from the start, he booked our airport transfers, and organised food as we landed late, helped with trips etc. We wanted a third bed in one room so he got us an extra bed, nothing was a problem. So responsive which is great. The villa itself is stunning. It is exactly, and I mean exactly like the photos. It was perfect and I’d go back in a heartbeat. It was private with lovely sea views. So so happy I found this gem. And a very reasonable price for what you get, it was amazing. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

If you are on the fence about booking here - do it. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip - with Tomi it genuinely felt like we were staying with family. The house itself was clean and cozy, with a beautiful backyard to enjoy lazy mornings or cool evenings. The location is amazing. You are a short walk to the downtown center, waterfront, and restaurant area. We also took the bikes to the park for a couple beach days while we stayed here which I highly recommend. Lastly, we cannot say enough good things about Tomi. He is an incredible host - extremely attentive to the little details, has amazing recommendations on how to spend your time, and is a lovely person to talk with (with lots of historical knowledge about Split). He will be as hands-off or hands-on as you want him to be. His mantra was "it is no problem, you just sit back and relax" and that truly elevated our experience. You will be treated better than at a 5-star hotel! Thank you for everything Tomi!

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

The villa was better than the pictures, the views of the sea and mountains were stunning. Kristian was a great host and the check in process was great. He also greeted us with some wine and deserts which was a lovely gesture! It’s a brilliant location with both Split and Trogir a 15 minute drive away and the bars and restaurants of Kaštel Gomilica are a 10 minute walk. I would definitely return if I was visiting the Kaštel area!

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

We had an amazing stay at Apartment Perla in Vinisce, Croatia. The apartment was very clean, with each bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The saltwater pool next to the dining room was perfect for our kids. The apartment has three air conditioning units: one for the living-dining area and one for each bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hot plate, and a Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine. We loved the barbecue area by the pool, where we enjoyed grilling fresh fish and vegetables. The beach was just a 5-minute walk away, quiet, not crowded, and the water was crystal clear. There were some shaded areas under the trees, although they were limited. The supermarket and bakery, also a 5-minute walk away, had basic supplies. Communication with our host, Maria, was excellent—quick responses and very helpful, with thoughtful surprises that added to our experience. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway! Rating: 5/5 🌟

We had a wonderful stay as a family (2 children, parents, uncle and grandparents). The two pools were used daily by everyone and the view with the wonderful natural stones on the complex and overlooking the beautiful landscape was very much enjoyed! The hostess was very nice, helpful and always available. There was even a delicious farewell gift ;) We felt comfortable from the beginning and can really recommend the accommodation with the warmest heart!

Villa Diana was absolutely gorgeous, exactly like the images and description - modern, spotless, homely…and of course a beautiful pool/outdoor area! Ante was also extremely attentive during our stay, he was always quick to reply to our queries and continually provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, places to park in Split and Trogir etc. Check-in was also very easy, and we were thankful for the warm welcome and tour of the villa by Ante. All in all, we had a wonderful stay in Croatia and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. (Ps - thank you to Ante’s family for providing us with fresh tomatoes, cheese and wine)!

Ilija's place was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. It was perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation for us after our final exams! We were quickly and kindly briefed by the hosts on our arrival at the villa and also received a small welcome gift :D If we had any questions, they were directly accessible and they could also quickly go to hand if there was a small problem or a specific request from us :) Overall, my friends and I had a very good stay there and would recommend the villa to everyone!

I spent the beautiful time here. The place is very nice, privat and with the car one can reach many nice and interesting places. The home has everything one can need for a nice holidays. We would like to came again :).

Beautiful villa tucked away in a peaceful village overlooking the sea with stunning views. A great place to unwind and relax. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you need, airconditioning in all the rooms, three good size bedrooms all with their own bathroom, access to Netflix, own driveway and garage, very large swimming pool and flyscreens on all the windows and doors. We felt right at home and didn't want to leave. The nearest supermarket is only a 10 minute drive (so you need a car) and its close to all the local attractions and 30 minutes from Split Airport. Would recommend visiting Primosten which is beautiful with a stunning beach and plenty of bars and restaurants, but not too crowded. The hosts were amazing and gave us loads of recommendations for places to visit and eat out. Would definitely come back!

Great villa, great location, and great host! Our family stayed in the house for a week with four kids between 3-12yr. Worked out very well for us 😊 More than happy to come back again another time <3
