Our cozy home Casa Amida (4–6 people), located on Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell, offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and is an ideal base on the Costa Blanca. The main residence has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and a separate guesthouse with 2 extra beds — ideal for friends or family who want a little more privacy. The garden with seating areas, terrace and private swimming pool offers plenty of tranquility. Moraira and Jávea are 10 to 15 minutes away by car.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. A small house located in Xaló/Jalón a couple of minutes walk from downtown, it has a supermarket 5-7 minutes walk away and has private parking. A large selection of bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest beaches are the extensive sandy beaches of Calpe, which are about 15-20 minutes away by car, and the town's central location allows you to have most beaches such as Jávea or Denia less than 30 minutes away.

In one of those narrow streets is Ca la Vall, a tastefully renovated village house.
