We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

It was a very nice stay.

we stayed for three days with our two children, Oreste and Aunt Adele were very kind to give us a lot of information about the area, I hope to return soon to visit the surrounding area.

We felt very comfortable with Gudrun and Daniel. The house are beautiful. The highlight was waking up in the morning to the view of the mountains/valley and at night to the starry sky. Simply fantastic!! Our dog Ellie also felt very comfortable. You have beautiful hiking trails right on your doorstep. Thank you so much for the wonderful time.

We liked the house and its location very much. It is located by a stream, whose rushing did not disturb us. We did many hikes from the house, where we usually didn't meet anyone, it's that lonely there. Only on the weekend was there a little more going on. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival we stocked up on plenty of food so we wouldn't have to move our car for as long as possible. Everything necessary for baking and cooking is available. After the hikes, we always used the sauna after we had fired up the stove with the available firewood and brought the sauna up to temperature. If you want to be available 24/7, you may have to find another place. Network and thus also the WLAN were not always available. We didn't mind.

We had a really nice time. The apartment has everything as it says in the description. It's extremely clean. Unfortunately with the hosts, due to their illness, we did not meet the host, but they were responsive throughout our stay and available to answer any questions via email. Extremely positive experience. Thank you and your daughter who welcomed us on the first day.

Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

Our family of 8 adults spent a great week at Roberto's villa. Even though we were unlucky with the weather, there was so much to do in this house and around the area. When we arrived verything was very clean and Roberto was very flexible and full of trust towards new guests. Plus, he was always available for questions and provided helpful recommendations & gifts of hospitality (the cherry on top of the stay). If you are looking for a place full of ammenities and opportunities to enjoy your vacation you will not be disappointed!

We were very lucky to spend some unforgettable days in the Chalet Schaller in Tisens – absolutely quiet, with a fantastic view over the Adige Valley. The chalet is high-quality, stylish and furnished with great attention to detail – you immediately feel comfortable. A special highlight was the sauna and heated outdoor pool - perfect for relaxing after hiking. Everything was sparkling clean and well equipped. The hosts were exceptionally warm, helpful and gave great tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. An absolute insider tip for those seeking tranquility, comfort, and South Tyrolean hospitality amidst breathtaking natural beauty. We will definitely be back!

Our stay in Sarnonico is unparalleled: The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully located and so lovingly and richly equipped that you feel more than comfortable and welcome from the start. Everything has been thought of that you might need as a guest, very clean and very cozy - the farewell was not easy for us! The garden, with its varied design and beautiful corners for lingering, invites you to explore, and the natural swimming pond is another highlight! In addition, the selection of delicious herbs, salads and vegetables is fantastic - thank you very much for letting us help ourselves so much! This positive impression is rounded off by the host: Helmuth is very helpful and courteous, generous and has very good tips, happy to help with the restaurant choice, knows beautiful (hiking)paths and, and, and … Thank you for the wonderful days, we really enjoyed being a guest! We were hosted for 4 days in a very nice and welcoming apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and helpfulness, with the convenience of being picked up directly in the car (we were lost). We found an impeccable house, clean and tidy, well equipped with appliances, and we were pleasantly surprised by the richness of the breakfast offered: brioche, Nutella, jam and honey to start each day in the best possible way. The swimming pool 8 km away in Cavalese, €12 for entry made our weekend even more relaxing. It was a truly unforgettable and wonderful experience that we highly recommend!

We (2 adults, 1 baby + dog) spent 14 days in this fantastic bungalow and we were sad when we had to leave. Gemma was an all-round perfect hostess. We felt in great hands and "at home" from the first second. I have never experienced such a warm relationship before. Helpful with all our concerns. The surroundings are absolutely amazing, every athlete's heart will get its money's worth here! There are endless cycling and hiking trails. We will definitely not have been there for the last time. It was a wonderful stay in every respect and, combined with these nice people, the most beautiful holiday ever! Thank you, dear Gemma + Team!

The Chalet de Ultimis is a gem in the middle of nature in a very quiet and very relaxing place. Easy to get to and check in very easily. Mrs. Sabina is very helpful and kind. The interior spaces are beautiful, from the large open space with a kitchen island and a central fireplace to the very comfortable rooms. We had a great time. The private sauna area is an added value. Everything is perfect. We'll definitely be back.

Valeria, Nadia, and their mother are truly exceptional hosts.🩷 From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The large bed and high-quality mattress were especially comfortable, giving us deep, restful sleep each night. We also loved the antique furniture placed thoughtfully throughout the home — each piece added so much character and told its own story. The garden was beautifully maintained, and the view from the windows was simply breathtaking. Behind the house, we were surrounded by majestic mountains; in front, endless apple orchards and green meadows stretched out before us. It was the kind of scenery that makes you pause and just breathe it all in. On the day we checked out, they even treated us to homemade cake and cappuccino, which was such a warm and memorable gesture. Thanks to their kindness and care, we made unforgettable memories during our stay. I sincere hope to return one day.😊

We had a great time. The house is warm and tidy. In front of the building there is a private parking lot that can be used and upon arrival Lorella was friendly and welcoming. There's nothing missing in the house.

Beautiful accommodation with great care by the host family, who live in the same house. We received fresh cakes and eggs several times and felt completely comfortable 🙂 the location is very quiet, but there are many excursion options and the days have passed far too quickly

This is so good! Fantastic view and surroundings. The stay was fantastic, very beautiful build up and design, clean with fabulous view. Neighbourhood was quite quiet, shops and market close early, nearby town (15mins drive) have later restaurants. Host is helpful too, such a great place to stay in!

We loved our time in the hut. The nature around us was spectacular and there were good options for hikes with stunning views. It was very quiet appart for some hikers and bikers passing on the trail nearby, mostly on the weekend. Giordano was very welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed and more.

Very beautiful place. Albano and his wife greeted us when we arrived and both were very lovely and sweet. It felt very homely. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The surroundings are calm and soothing. Definitely recommended!

This cabin is a lovely little gem. Attention to the smallest details that fully describes how much Rosangela cares about making her guests feel good. The garden is completely fenced and dog-proof. Table, deckchairs and umbrellas in perfect condition that we used very pleasantly. Rosangela welcomed us with a big smile, gave us advice and even allowed us to enjoy a few more hours than the regular check-out. The farmhouse a stone's throw away offers the possibility of lunch/dinner (at bargain prices). Magnificent view, beautiful walks at altitude. We'll definitely be back
