Apartment in sunny Cornaiano

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

The ACQUA apartment is located in the Nila Natural Balance VISTA LAGO holiday home, completely renovated in 2025 according to sustainable standards (geothermal and photovoltaic and solar panels). The ACQUA open space apartment is characterised by the large window overlooking the lake, the privacy of the garden and the waterfall shower. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and, being a conservative renovation, does not have a lift.
