Holiday rentals with a patio in Marikina

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

I booked this listing for 3 days and 2 nights to spend time alone and recharge. The building is accessible to public transportation and walking distance to commercial establishments in Timog. You have everything you need right within your reach. The unit is as advertised with fast and reliable internet connection perfect for freelancers/WFH. Drinking water is provided. The host went extra mile when I asked for indoor slippers. Their instructions are easy to understand and are very responsive. Overall, staying here feels like home, you feel like a visiting friend with your hosts who make you feel like you're part of the family. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The place is squeky clean. It gives cozy vibe. The host, Ms. Ann, is responsive and provides clear instructions. It is indeed minutes walk to Moa. Recommended!

We arrived in Mnl from Ceb early in the morning; early like 4am type of early 😅 Check in went smoothly and they even arranged an airport transfer back and forth for us (highly appreciated) Place is super peaceful and accessible to areas. Overall stay is perfect 💯👌🏼

Highly recommend Malou’s Place. Both units were clean, 309 is bit bigger, we had everything we need. wifi is super fast. good size ref if you’re staying long, water heater for shower as well as some other kitchen basics. Bring your personal needs, except towels and linens. no complains becoz any of the 2 units you choose would be super super worth the owner’s rate. super excellent rate. If you are travelling with a group or you want an extra room for anything, nothing beats Malou’s Place. Same as always, the Grace Residences is a homey place for us, been here many many times already. everything is just down there in the commercial area - restos, salon, water station, Lbc, supermarket, bank, starbucks, gym and pay parking. grab is also very easy to get to visit the surrounding metropolis. Bonifacio Global City is 15-20mins away. Thats all for now… Would love to stay again soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described. Clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check- in and communication smooth and easy. Everything we need was provided and we felt right at home. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the place.

You need to call a taxi at night. There are minimal nearby restaurants and no local nightlife. To explore, I would suggest taking a taxi/Grab to Makita. The house was perfect.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

Our stay at your place was super comfortable. The space was just right for us. The location of the hotel was also very convenient—fast food resto, convenience stores, transpo, ATMs, and more were all easily accessible. Everything we needed was available, and I love that the condiments we needed for cooking were provided—even rice. We really didn’t have to worry about anything. Before I booked, I read some reviews and noticed a few concerns raised about the AC. So I asked the agent if it had already been fixed. And during our stay, we didn’t encounter any issues at all—in fact, there were times we had to turn it off because it got really cold. It was almost perfect. I think the only thing they might want to add is maybe a small space or a table in case someone needs to work. Also, we wanted to hang out on the balcony, but we couldn’t stay long because of the heat being released by the AC's outdoor unit—but that’s okay. All in all, it was perfect! Will definitely consider booking again.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Our stay at Rolando's place is great. our family had a wonderful time. The place is so big, high ceiling and rooms are spacious but the nicest thing about the place is that they have a lot of bathroom. Our stay will be a lot comfortable if we booked it during December wherein the weather is cold. But since we stayed here during Holy Week and the weather now is really hot, we really have to bear the heat. They have 2 big industrial fans to help ease the heat, which helps a lot. So happy that we had spent some time in this place. Thank you so much.

I appreciate Maria's efforts in accommodating my short stay. The peacefulness of her place matched my preference. The place was also spotless and easy to access. I wish to stay longer the next time I plan on having a relaxing weekend with my friends.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.
